Such a perfect conclusion to the Rebel Blue series!

I think I spent the entire final 10% of the book sobbing.

Dusty and Cam might be my favourite couple in the series. I loved their dynamic and how they found each other again.

I will continue to read everything Lyla Sage writes.

A few months ago I completely devoured the first 3 books in Lyla Sage's Rebel Blue Ranch series and when this ARC arrived in my email two days ago, I quite literally leapt off my couch with joy. But knowing Wild and Wrangled was the last in the series I was nervous... I didn't know what to expect from Lyla Sage wrapping up a series and I selfishly really wanted it to be what I had built it up to be.

I typically don't reach for second-chance romance stories so to say I was anxiously anticipating Cam and Dusty's story was a huge understatement...
However, this story was perfect. Sage's use of flashbacks didn't detract from the pacing of the book, in a way only Emily Henry has been able to accomplish for me previously. All of the scenes felt important to know and didn't create a frustrating or disjointed dual timeline (a personal ick!).

Both main characters were strong and dealing with their own issues, while managing to be respectful of each other and communicating in ways they could handle, so you couldn't help but fall in love and root for them.

Once I finished the book, and read the authors acknowledgments, I was emotional and so thrilled for her. I knew this would be a favourite series I would go back to over and over again. Then, I read the last chapter and fair warning, I sobbed. I didn't realise how attached and invested I was to the Ryder family and every character involved with Rebel Blue Ranch. Lyla Sage has managed to write a perfect series from beginning to end and I cannot wait to see what she does next.

In theory, this could be read as a standalone but I don't think you should. Just go read the whole series, you won't regret it.

Thank you NetGalley for this ARC. I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
