I love when two subjects get combined as it really helps cement the lesson that I'm teaching.

The weather breakdowns and trivia found through the book is a wonderful touch. Combined with a humourous story I think we have a winner.

Zeke is such a fun character. His class is busy rehearsing for a play but all he can think about is weather. Thanks to Zeke's knowledge and observational skills, he knows when conditions may become dangerous. When a flood occurs, Zeke and his classmates work together to protect the community, including pets.
This book is wonderful because it has several pauses to give scientific information about weather and because Zeke is signed up to be a weather watcher, along with a newscaster and other neighbors. Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this
