Radiant Bliss is a beautifully written and thoughtful guide that combines ancient yogic wisdom with the everyday challenges of modern living. The book offers an interesting blend of philosophy, science, and practice, all brought together with personal insights that make the content feel both current and informative.
Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, there's a lot to learn here. I especially appreciated the step-by-step guidance and the way the author explores not only the physical aspects of yoga but also its spiritual and philosophical dimensions. The inclusion of personal narratives adds warmth and relatability, making the book feel more accessible.
That said, readers who are completely new to yoga or unfamiliar with some of the more abstract concepts may find parts of the book a little dense or challenging to connect with. Still, it's a rich and educational offering for those on a path of self-discovery, and it invites us to slow down, tune in, and awaken the radiance within.
A soulful and inspiring read for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves; body, mind, and spirit.
Many thanks to Collective Ink Limited and NetGalley for trusting me with an ARC of this book!

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher, Mantra Books, for providing me with a digital ARC so that I could provide an honest review.
Sue Bushell's "Radiant Bliss" provides accessible tools for cultivating everyday peace and joy through mindfulness and self-compassion.
That said, this is a yoga memoir and while it includes a lot of language that may be challenging to new-to-yoga practitioners, I find yoga memoirs to be more personable and inviting than "how to" yoga books.
This book features five sections broken down into multiple chapters. The sections: Whispers of the Ancients: Echoes of Yoga's Science and Ethos; Inward Bound: A Dance with Prna, Chakras, and the Cosmic Self; Journey through the Layers: Unveiling the Five Dimensions of Self; and Blossoming Lotus: Yoga as a Pathway through Life's Garden.
It also includes four appendices: Physical Practices; The Chakras; Prana and Pranayama; Relaxation, Meditation, Contemplation.
It's not a book to rush through. It's more of a guide. I think it could be intimidating to someone who is brand new to yoga unless they are eager to learn anything and everything about yoga.
All in all, it's a lovely book that's packed with great information.

A brilliantly explained with self samples and self analysis involved in every chapter and step of the way.
This book focuses on Yoga and the inner operations of our mind and body system.
The writer is very experienced and knowledgeable. I really have learnt a lot about yoga and realised its value and purpose.
I will highly recommend this book.
