I have loved this series, and this final instalment was in my opinion a near-perfect ending. I was genuinely sad to read the last few pages. I sincerely look forward to Nita Prose’s next novel.
Thank you NetGalley and Penguin Random House Canada (Adult) - Viking, for an ARC in exchange for a review.

I loved Molly the Maid’s final chapter The Maid’s Secret by Nita Prose. I really enjoyed Gran’s diary excerpts. It was interesting learning of her riches to rags story all in the name of love and integrity.
I always enjoy the cast of characters and the part they play in these books. Once again Nita Prose has captured the perfect mix of a whodunnit thriller and heartfelt story. Thank you for creating the quirky, loveable character Molly. Thank you to NetGalley, Penguin Canada and Nita Prose for this wonderful ARC.

charming to a certain extent but i found it to be a bit difficult to remain entertained and connected with the story, especially in the second half. something feels different with this one and i can’t quite put my finger on it.

Molly is as charming as ever in this latest instalment of these cozy mysteries. The mystery in question was not a murder, as is usually the case, but there was still plenty to unravel along with the treat of learning the backstory behind Molly’s gran and Mr. Preston.

Oh Molly the Maid how I love you. This may be my favourite from the series. I loved the back and forth from present to Grans diary entries. Such a great read!

I had high hopes for this last book in the series by 🇨🇦 author Nita Prose. I've been enjoying this light and cozy series. I've previously given the first book 3.5 stars and then the second book really ramped up for me at 4.5 stars. I also enjoyed the Christmas novella and gave that 4 stars. So I was expecting a lot for the last book.
Molly is back and as fun and adorable as usual. She's preparing to wed her boyfriend Juan. This time the Regency Grand Hotel is hosting a tv show called, "Hidden Treasures." So Molly brings a shoebox of her Gran's old things. Low and behold she gets a very big surprise!
The chapters alternated between Molly and Gran. Gran's chapters are from her diary that Molly is reading and will help to solve the current mystery and she will learn about Gran's past. I was excited when I heard that Gran would be featured prominently in this book. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the Gran chapters and her past. It didn't sound like the Gran we have all come to know and love. However, the story and series did come to a good close and I was happy about Molly and Juan.
I'd like to thank NetGalley and Penguin Random House Canada for granting me access to this Advance Reader's Copy.

High praise for an absolute gem of a book
I devoured this book faster than a sugar crazed menopausal woman !
It had everything I love when reading a book. Molly is a hoot and she gave me
fits of giggles. I was beyond happy to receive this book as an advanced reader copy
for my honest review that I am giving voluntarily .

The Maid's Secret was a thoroughly enjoyable read. As someone who has read all the previous books in the series, I found this installment to be one of the best. The mystery was engaging, and I continue to love Molly's sharp personality and her commitment to her strict set of rules. She's such a compelling character, and this story kept me hooked from beginning to end.
Thank you to netgalley for the arc!

Molly, the one-of-a-kind maid , returns for book number three. She is now the head maid at Regency Grand Hotel and a few months away from marrying Juan. When a popular show chooses the hotel as the location for filming an episode; excitement is in the air. However a mystery arises when an art heist takes place in the hotel. In order to solve this, Molly must dive into the past.
I always find Molly entertaining, but especially loved the journal and history of her grandmother with this one. I really enjoyed the characters introduced through the journal and loved their story. This one has some twists and turns and laughs as well. A whodunnit that will keep you reading.
Thanks to NetGalley and Random house publishing for an advanced readers copy of this one In exchange for an honest review

Molly the maid has been such a fun series to read! Molly is a full of wit and a relatable character who makes the books so enjoyable. I got to meet Nita Prose at a local event she did for the release of her holiday novella, which is also a part of this series. She gave us a sneak peek into this one by telling us we would be getting more of Gran's story, and so I had high hopes for nostalgia going into this one - and it did not disappoint!
I often find it hard to review a book later on in a series because I don't want to give away too much from the first books. I think this series definitely needs to be read in order as it follows a timeline of events. It is such a fun series and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a book/series that is more on the cozy side.

Thank you Net Galley for the ARC for review purposes.
I have read all of the novels in this series and am in love with Molly and the entire cast of characters.
I very much appreciated the difference in this novel (no spoilers here) as continuing with the same plot device would start to get a little unbelievable.
I do hope there will be more from Molly the Maid.

“𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬: 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧. 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞.”
Molly the Maid returns in one final adventure of love, generosity, and mystery!
As Molly and Juan plan their upcoming wedding, excitement in the Regency Grand grows as famed antiques show Hidden Treasures preps to shoot an episode in the hotel. Little does Molly expect to discover two treasures: a Fabergé egg and her Gran’s diary, but havoc ensues when the egg goes missing! I loved the back and forth between Molly’s present day and Gran’s letters to her granddaughter in her diary. It’s nice to learn more about Gran, especially her past in her own voice rather than Molly’s recollections of sayings. Young Flora doesn’t necessary match the image of Gran we’ve been given in the other books - she wasn't always kind and caring of others, but rather quite self-centred, which makes you want to see how she changed. I found her story to be quite interesting; in fact, there were moments that I liked it almost better than Molly’s! The missing egg is a clever nod to a locked room mystery, and is more of a howdunnit than a whodunnit. I do wish the stakes in present day felt a bit higher; no one ever truly felt in peril. I loved finding the links & references Nita Prose makes to previous books, which really does make this feel like a good bookend for these books.
The Maid's Secret is a lovely finale to the Molly the Maid series. I feel deeply content about where the characters end up, but also secretly hope that Molly may return for another adventure someday in the future. Thank you to Viking & NetGalley for the ARC!

What a delightful conclusion to Molly's story. Although I found it a little slower than her previous titles, it was still nice being in the world with the characters and I embraced the cozy, low-stakes of it all.

The Maid series has been a delight! Nita Prose has done a wonderful job creating a cozy, charming series with lovable characters.
In this book, there is a dual timeline where, in the past, we get to learn more about Molly's Gran, Flora, and what it was like for her growing up. In the present timeline, Molly's life is on track, with her upcoming wedding to her love, Juan, and a good job at the Regency Grand Hotel. When Molly discovers that the Fabergé egg she has from her Gran is worth more than she knew and is stolen, the dual timelines unravel the mystery.
Overall, I thought this a heartwarming ending to this series. I found myself more drawn to Gran's story, but I could appreciate what Prose was trying to do as she unraveled the past and how it correlated to the present timeline. For me, the present timeline felt a little less engaging until over halfway and everything started coming together.
Thank you Penguin Random House Canada - Viking for the copy through NetGalley!

Thank you to NetGalley, Nita Prose and Penguin Random House Canada for the free ebook in exchange for an honest review.
This was definitely hands down my favourite from this trilogy! This was a nice insight into her gran and I loved the way Prose decided to tell the story. I loved every minute and I’m so sad this is the end of this story.

This was a sweet addition to the molly maid series. I enjoy these very much a great way to forget about everything else.
Id like to thank netgalley and the publisher for the chance to read and review this book

Thank you net galley for giving me this opportunity to read this book.
The story revolves around Molly who works at the Regency Grand Hotel.
The story is like a dual time line, where the one part is Molly's Gran Flora and Molly.
Molly has been promoted to head maid.
When Molly's gran dies she is gifted a journal that her gran has written for her to read about her heritage.
Flora raised Molly as Molly's mother is out of her life. Flora was a house maid to a wealthy family with Molly at her side.
The family had a Faberge egg which little Molly loved with its glittery gems.
The egg ended up in Molly's possession and didn't know what to do with it. An 'Antiques Road Show' like Show were having a show Ted at the Regency,, so Molly put together a box with her treasures it along with the egg.
The egg goes missing so Molly and her co-workers turn into sleuths to find out stole the egg.
These are my own opinions.

Another great instalment to Molly the Maids adventures. Like the previous books this one is heartwarming and bingable, with all your favourites returning and a few new faces you won’t be disappointed.

So sorry to have not finish this book before Pub. Date. I will get the audiobook as I love this series.
Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to review this book. I was so looking forward to reading this book.
Unfortunately, my partner has had 2 accidents and broke his right arm twice within the year. This meant a lot less reading time for me.
Gladly, he’s on the mend now.

I just finished the Maid’s Secret by Nita Prose @nitaprose and here are my musings.
Molly Gray never thought her life would look like this. Head maid and Special events manager at her beloved Regency hotel. Engaged to Juan and planning her wedding… Everything is as perfect as can be.. That is until the antiquities show Hidden Treasures comes to the hotel and discovers that Molly has a treasure… But when the auction is running to sell it… someone manages to steal it…. The only answers seem to be the clues in the diary from her deceased grandmother…
I am a superfan of Molly. I love her. I have been following her story since it started and every book is better than the last. This time round we learned more about her grandmother Flora. About half the book was her history from diary entries that she left for Molly. I actually thought it was a brilliant way to round out Molly and Flora’s origins and I felt like it kinda gave Molly some closure… She knew how much her grandmother loved her but everything she did was for her family and to be true to herself. I teared up when she let John go… The plot of the story was the best yet. I feel like all the characters are all well established and I love realistic and well rounded characters. I feel like I am part of the team.
I love Nita’s writing style. It’s cozy, warm and draws you in. I feel like I am being invited in for tea with my friends and it's always a pleasure. I hope this isn’t the last book. It ended so beautifully I can see how it could be done but I refuse to accept that is the end of Molly!
If you haven’t started this series yet, you really should. While this book is written in a way you could read it as a standalone… You have to come to love Molly the way I did and that means starting at book 1. Make sure you have a tissue for your issue as Molly cordially invites you to her wedding…
I loved every second of this book.
5 stars. Thank you @penguinrandomca and @netgalley for my gifted copy
