Thank you to Net Galley and the publisher for the advance copy of Look Ma, No Hands.
This book for most of it already had fit in meh category before the last few pages.
It was an easy read, somewhat interesting. I thought it could be a book that talks about obscure disorders that impacts life. TOS in this case. Even though I was already sceptical because it seemed like it was an advanced form of carpal tunnel. Yes that would suck but nothing I need to read about.

Then we get to the end and all along it was a bulging disc? Yes, stinks and hard to live with every day. But spending time reading about a writer who is working toward strategies to deal with her bulging disc is not book worthy.

This was a heartfelt, coming of age memoir about living with chronic pain and disability and learning how to manage both in terms of work and love. Excellent on audio narrated by the author and highly recommended for fans of books like I'll look so hot in a coffin or It must be beautiful to be finished. Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an early digital and audio copy in exchange for my honest review!
