I’m a sucker for a fake dating to real lovers trope! I enjoyed the character development of the main male character, and the budding romance between him and the main female character was sweet! The pacing of the book was great, and I enjoyed this audiobook a lot!

This mafia book was everything! It had all the action and tension and the BANTER between these two was high!! Definitely recommend reading this!!

Fin and Mila are so good on audio. They’re prefect if you like:
💍Marriage to help out friends
💰Billionaire
🛏️One Night Stand to more
🏖️Beach Setting
🌶️Spicy
💗HEA
Mila and Fin have a one night stand at a wedding and never expect to see each other again. But when they show up at another wedding months later, Fin is happy to see her again. Mila is there as a wedding planner and tries to keep him at a distance. Imagine their surprise when the bride and groom as them to get fake married to keep the paparazzi off their real wedding. Mila agrees because she needs money to put into her struggling business. Fin knows this is the way to get close to the woman he’s been obsessing over for the last couple months. But when the return home, their lives are more tangled than they realize. Will Fin be able to convince her to stay forever?
The narrators are both excellent in this one and submerge you into the story, making it hard to put down.

Enjoyed this way more than I was expecting to! And I'm normally okay living with the mild contextual confusion that can occur when I pick up a book that is in an interconnected. Still, about a third of the way through the audiobook, I wanted to go back to No Romeo before picking this up again. However, it can absolutely be listened to as a stand-alone in my opinion!
This story was fun and spicy! Both narrators were honestly brilliant. Any time I see Zara-Hampton Brown listed as a narrator, I know we're going to be in for a superb performance, and the plot was easy to follow along to. The comedic moments were really well written, and I adored the chemistry between our main couple, and the tropes ticked all the right boxes
Thank you Netgalley for the audiobook

It took me two tries to get into this book. I don't know why because it was a decent book. I loved billionaire Fin's character. Mila needed to get over herself. I understand being scared but I felt it was drug out to long. 3.5 stars
Many thanks to Net Galley and Brilliance Publishing for an audio ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This is a review of the audiobook.

A billionaire meets a struggling wedding planner whose business is on the verge of collapse after a brutal breakup. She’s just trying to survive while working his friend’s wedding, and despite the chaos, the two end up in a marriage of necessity—to keep the paparazzi away and ensure the couple’s big day goes smoothly.
It was absolutely adorable. I thought it was so cute! She deserved all the good things; she was such a well-written, likable character. My biggest issue with the book was this: if I were in her situation, I would’ve let him take care of me. If a man is that obsessed with you, just let him do what he needs to do to help you!
I loved how obsessed he was with her and how deeply he loved her. I’m such a sucker for stories like this. I’d rate it a solid four stars. The only reason I’m not giving it five is because it felt a bit repetitive when it came to her internal conflict about their relationship. We get it—she’s poor, he’s rich. But sometimes, you’ve got to put your pride aside and let the man who loves you help.

No Saint by Donna Alam
My Kind of Hero - Book 2
Narrated by: Zara Hampton-Brown & John Lane
This was a whirlwind - a fun take on the bride trope. There was so much push and pull. It all wrapped up nicely in the end.
Pick this one up if you enjoy:
* Billionaire romance
* Age gap
* Accidental marriage
* Second chance
* He falls first and harder
Thank you to NetGalley and Brilliance Audio for the advance copy of this book.

I loved this book. I listened to the audio file and the narrators did a great job with the characters. Their personalities really came through! This book kept me wanting to read more. I loved watching the relationship between Fin and Mila evolve. Although the story follows a predictable outcome, the journey there was entertaining and kept me wanting to read more. I loved how different the pair were yet they seemed to balance each other perfectly. I was so excited at the end to see the book come full circle, I don't want to give any spoilers but I may have shouted "YES!". I actually didn't realize this was a series so I am definitely going back and reading the first book in the series and I can't wait for the third book to come out. 4 Star read for me and the spice was spicy!!! Lots of spice. Can't wait to read more.

I will start off by saying I absolutely loved the narrators! They conducted a fantastic performance! I only wish there was more of Fin’s POV so that John Lane had a larger part!
Now on to the book itself…..Mila & Fin definitely had so much chemistry! But there was just so much denial from Mila that I was a bit annoyed with her… I get she had her reasons… and here’s Finn trying to be the perfect husband for Mila, so it was very Urgh! Lol. Regardless, it was still an enjoyable audiobook! And I was eager to find out the ending cause it did keep me interested! So I would recommend it ☺️

I had no idea what to expect with No Saint by Donna Alam. I went into this one blind and I am so glad that I did. This was such a fun and crazy read. From accidentally getting loopy on the local good stuff (hey, I'm not trying to get flagged here) to accidentally getting married. This audio is narrated by Zara Hampton-Brown and John Lane. They did a great job keeping the reader engaged and wanting more. Thank you Netgalley and Brillance Publishing for the ALC.

So this is clearly not for me....
I really tried to love this one, but it was a struggle to get to the finish.
Fin and Mila as a couple wasn't throwing off the vibes and chemistry I seek in my reads.
Mila was likely my least favourite thing in the book and certainly would be in my top ten disliked FMC's. She's irritating and determined to blame too much on Fin the MMC. 😫😩😫
The book wasn't all bad, and the writing was well done and the plot easy to follow... sadly the characters and lack of chemistry was a let down for me.
Just didn't do it for me and was nearly a DNF at about half way. 😐😐😐
Not Donna's best work in my opinion.
Though, in saying that- what doesn't work for me might be someone else's bible.
Who knows. 🤷🏻♀️

Book is good so far but really not getting on with the narrator. I usually listen to American narrators so this might be why but struggling to focus on the story. Rating is based on the story I've listened to so far

Special thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this Audio ARC.
This was an enemies to lovers romance. There’s a Billionaire MMC and the FMC is a struggling wedding planner. While I loved the concept of this book is just didn’t scream out to me like I would hope. I did love the narrators and I felt like their banter was almost real. From page one I was hoping that Mila would get a chance to meet her beau from her closet hookup from months ago. It seems that while Mila was having a pretty bad night that evening hence the drunkenness in the closet things made a turn for the better when she encounters Fin. Fast forward several months in the future and she is given an opportunity of a lifetime to work at a very great high power couples wedding which will bring her name back into the business. The problem is this wedding that’s intended to bring her business back onto the scene is not bound to happen if she doesn’t walk down the aisle herself.
This had so many funny scenes and moments when I cackled out loud listening to it. This was pretty light romance and when I heard about a sexy billionaire bad boy I wanted some pretty hardcore sexy time on the page. While this was not in the book I believe that ladies who prefer closed door romance will love this novel and the very lovely British narrators will keep them very entertained throughout this experience. In this novel of will they won’t they take a journey with both Fin and Mila on this wild and interesting ride.

He falls in love first
I was given this as an ark I would rate it 3.5 as it didn't have enough going on for me to enjoy I found some parts slow and a struggle to push through near the end.

This was funny and marriage of convenience and romantic spicy and so sweet I had such a great time. The main characters have such amazing chemistry and the found family was amazing

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (0-5)
Steam: 🔥🔥🔥☄️ (0-5) I bump up for public-ish places/outdoor spaces.
What I’m Starry-Eyed Over:
🤩 Cute narration with gorgeous accents. I especially loved the short delay in getting John Lane’s narration. I smirked so hard during his first chapter because the sunny, flirty characterization is so great.
🤩 The whole mustache conversation is fantastic. When Fin is thinking, “Hey, Mila, I’ve shaved a seat for you.” LOL!
🤩 Fake is one of my favorites, and I really liked the situation for this one.
🤩 The short amnesia part of the plot is very fun!
🤩 A little shower self-pleasure is quite good in the slow burn. Even, especially?, when it’s interrupted.
🤩 Vacation/temporary fling with a theme of fulfilling fantasies. Yeah, I’m definitely saying the slow burn is very worth it—the steamy scenes are deliciously detailed.
🤩 Fin, the MMC, is a great character—I love how he’s a sunshiny billionaire and also how he’s down bad for this girl.
🤩 I love Mila and Fin together—they banter so well. It’s LOL hilarious.
What I’m Wishing/Dizzy About:
💫 I love the accents of the narrators, but I didn’t love the female narrator’s male voice.
💫 I wish the first interaction (one night stand) would have been extra detailed with the door wide open to make it stand out from the amnesia situation later.
💫 I never quite loved the female MC because of her wishy-washiness maybe.
💫 I think I stopped paying good attention in chapter 26 just because Mila was not coming around.

This was an excellent audiobook. The story & narration were great. John & Zara were flawless. Finn is definitely my kind of hero 🖤
Can’t wait for Mat’s story😍

I enjoyed this second installment of the My Kind of Hero series. I did prefer the first book, that one hit all the marks— but this second book was a lot of fun, too. There was humor, a creative and twisty plot, as well as some of my favorite tropes (reformed bad boy, billionaire romance, and fake marriage). I loved everything about the MMC. Thought he was totally swoony, had the best lines (my wife 🤤), and was super respectful of the FMC. Now, while I understood the behaviors, thoughts, and actions of the FMC… I did find her a biiiiiit annoying. But, I ultimately liked them together and by the end of the book I found myself liking her well enough.
Audiobook dual narration was great— especially enjoyed the male narrator’s duality.

NO SAINT. Is that an understatement! Finn is a whorehound until he he finds mela isn the closet. Mela thinks she is only a playground for finn

Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with a copy of the audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
I have to be honest; I got through maybe 10% of the audiobook before I picked up the eBook instead. I had such a hard time staying in the story when I listened to the narrator speak the MMC's dialogue. The American accent sounded fine when she was narrating female characters, but it was jarring for the male ones.
Overall, I found the story cute. It's a collection of marriage of convivence, second chance romance, and he-falls-first tropes and I really enjoyed it. Plus the vibes were very similar to The Decoy Bride movie, which I love. Admittedly I haven't read the first book in the series, but everything was more than easy to understand.
The only other issue I had with this book was all of the Gen Z slang. It seemed overwhelming and jarring--very much like the characters were trying to seem cool, but were failing, you know?
