Tessa's seemingly perfect book tour begins to unravel as a stalker threatens not just her reputation, but her sanity, and possibly her life. The slow-burn pacing really pays off giving it just enough time to really creep the reader out. I felt completely immersed in the emotional unraveling of the main character, which made the stakes feel all the more real.

This was my first book by Hank Phillippi Ryan, and I’m already excited to dive into more of her work.

Huge thanks to St. Martin’s Press and NetGalley for the gifted copy!

All This Could Be Yours is the first book I've read by Hank Phillippi Ryan. I know, I know. What took me so long? She's been a popular author for years. I'm pleased to report that I enjoyed reading her new release and look forward to her future books.

Ryan's All This Could Be Yours is well-written and her style is reader friendly. I would call the novel mystery and suspense over a thriller, though the pacing kept me turning the pages. There are plot points that tested my suspension of disbelief, and Tessa's behavior isn't always easy to understand, but, overall, the storyline is interesting and entertaining. A good read.

Many thanks to NetGalley and St Martin's Press for providing an advance copy of the book to read and review. This review will post to Bayside Book Reviews.com at https://baysidebookreviews.com and its Instagram page on release day. Follow us! *NetGalley Top Reviewer*

Thank you, NetGalley, St. Martin's Press, and Hank Phillippi Ryan for this ARC.

This author is one of my hit or misses. For this book I'm on the fence. It drew me in at the beginning, but then I would lose interest because if felt like the story was dragging. The only reason that I didn't give up was because just when I was about to give up, something interesting would pop up so I would think that it was going to get better. It didn't.

How old is Tessa?! She sure wasn't showing signs that she is a mother to school age children or a wife. Her actions and thoughts seemed so immature at times which I found to be annoying most of the time. Her husband was equally annoying. Where is the communication between the two?! I think her children were more mature than these two.

I really wanted to like this book, but I couldn't. Honestly, I have already forgotten most of it. The ending didn't even blow me away. 86 chapters and even though they were short chapters, I still felt 86 chapters for this book was maybe 40 more than what it should have been.

Just my opinion. I will give it 3 stars since I did read the whole thing so something kept my attention.

This story of an author on a book tour while trying to juggle life as a wife and mother just did not ring true to me. Both the characters and the plot were not at all interesting and this reader did not care what happened or to whom the necklace belonged. Moreover, I found the talking voice of Annabelle to be repetitive and boring. Ms. Ryan has written much better books in the past. I thank NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read and review this novel prior to publication.

I like nothing better than a good mystery. However, when I ran across the word "periwinkle" five times in the first chapter, the repetition irritated me. I asked my kindle how many times "periwinkle" appeared in the book. Forty-two! 42!
I skimmed the book for several examples of sentences using this word. Does that skimming mean I read the book? One periwinkle star because of the periwinkle irritation

“All This Could Be Yours” but at what cost? Tessa Calloway is a debut author out on her first book tour. It should be fun and exciting, but everyone knows her schedule and where she will be on a daily basis. However, someone knows more intimate information such as her hotel locations. Who are these new neighbors back home and why are they spending so much time with her family? What happens when there is someone stalking you and there are secrets you don’t want revealed? Hank Phillippi Ryan gives you an intense cat and mouse thriller, a true suspenseful page turner with so many twists and turns!

This book, unfortunately, was not for me. However, I appear to be an outlier as many have enjoyed the book and hence I would recommend considering the reviews from people who loved this one.
I just found it very repetitive and the main character was self-contradictory a bunch of times. I couldn’t connect with her or her relationships with others. The kids seemed the most likable and consistent characters.
The suspense build up was way too much and relied on a lot of convenient plot points and coincidences. It definitely had the potential to be a good book about a mystery and another good book about the main character’s journey as an author, with a different premise.
Thank you to the publishers and Netgalley for the ARC.

The life of an author being on a book tour can have many highs and lows. Rushing to meet planes, missed meals and personal questions you would rather not answer are just a few. In this book, debut author Tessa Calloway experiences all of these, plus she is dealing with a tenacious stalker that knows more about Tess’s past life than they should. When strange and scary things begin to happen at each of her tour city stops and also at home with her husband and children, Tess will do anything to protect them. I thoroughly enjoyed this eARC from Netgalley and Minotaur Books. The tension was palpable, the characters were believable and the stalker’s intent was evil. I received a complimentary copy of this book and this review is my personal opinion.

All This Could Be Yours feels like a great chance to get the inside scoop on a bestselling author’s multicity book tour. Until the wheels come off. Does she have a stalker? Does she have concerns at home? But all she has time for is traveling to the next city and stay at a different hotel.. Great suspense. And can you really trust what Tessa says? And just as importantly, can she?

3.5 rounded up to 4

I think I went into All This Could Be Yours with my expectations a little too high—it’s been getting glowing reviews, so I was really excited. But I came away feeling a little disappointed.

The premise had great potential, and there were moments of real tension and paranoia that were written very well. Hank Phillippi Ryan definitely knows how to build a sense of unease, and that part kept me reading.

That said, I found the story a bit repetitive, like the same beats were happening over and over. I also figured out the twist pretty early on—and when it finally came, it didn’t feel all that surprising or satisfying. The ending left me kind of underwhelmed.

The main character didn’t quite click for me either. Her dialogue felt unnatural and “fake nice” in a way that didn’t feel believable. I found myself pulled out of the story because of how she talked and acted.

Still, I have major respect for anyone who writes and publishes a novel, and I don’t want to discount the talent it takes to do that. This one just didn’t fully land for me personally.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read this ARC.

I am always super excited when Hank Phillippi Ryan releases a new book & she never disappoints. ALL THIS COULD BE YOURS is her new, highly anticipated twisty suspense thriller which is fast-paced & engaging as well as smart & stylish. I found myself immersed in the world she created from page one until the satisfying & surprising conclusion.

Hank Phillippi Ryan is a master storyteller. Her books are addictive, compelling & oh so entertaining. If you haven’t read a book by her, you are missing out.

If you like your books filled with mystery, suspense, family drama, as well as secrets & turmoil. You will love this!

Lastly, I learned so much about an author on tour and recognized many Hank-isms:
* Feet not touching the ground
* Floating with joy
* The word fabulous
* Talking to the audience about sitting in the front row
* And many more!

Another amazing cat & mouse thriller by the fabulous Hank Phillippi Ryan.

Favorite Line:
“Having a pessimistic imagination doesn’t mean something isn’t wrong.”

Thank you to NetGalley, Minotaur Books & Hank Phillippi Ryan for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I love books about writers and all the back stories that go with them. Hank Phillippi Ryan's new novel is a page turner about a newly famous novelist who is caught up in a mystery. Someone is freaking her out at every book signing event. The story is set at a good pace where the tension rises to the breaking point, of Tessa Calloway's life or that of the mystery person. I enjoyed this suspense filled story and recommend it to everyone who loves a good mystery!

Thank you to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for this ARC. The novel wil be published on September 9, 2025.

I enjoyed reading “All This Could Be Yours” by Hank Phillippi Ryan. It was an interesting peek at an author’s life on the road supporting her new book. The little uncomfortable events start to accumulate and before long everything just seems off. Then it gets even more puzzling and intense.
I recommend this book! 5 stars!

I loved this book! Everything about it was wonderful. The characters, the plot the intrigue were all very well done with nothing over the top..you get into the story and really care about the characters.

Thank you to st martins press and NetGalley for this arc.

This was such a good read. It was a very well written game of cat and mice and I loved every second of it. Some people may be uncomfortable with some parts of this book, but to me it was written brilliantly!

This was a well written story and while I enjoyed it I felt there were areas where it dragged unnecessarily. The premise, which I’m sure every new writer hopes for, a breakout first novel that catapults the author into a popularity frenzy on and off line, was handled well. There was suspense as the author is stalked by an unknown adversary while trying to keep a part of her past secret. Where I felt it lagged was in the continual conversations/texts/spats/fretting between her and her husband portrayed as perhaps more helpless, less adequate as a caregiver parent. I found the energy she put into worrying about what was happening at home tiring. I still felt overall that the book was entertaining and recommendable.

This book is both brilliant and beautiful while being unsettling—every bit as suspenseful as a classic Mary Higgins Clark novel. I’m fascinated by how the idea first took root and sincerely hope Hank herself has never faced anything so unnerving. Are book-tour schedules this relentless?

This masterful mystery is a complete page turner that could not be put down. It starts out with celebration of a debut author on a book tour that becomes dark and sinister based in secrets from long ago that prove secrets have the power to become deadly. The reader is drawn into Tessa’s fight to keep her career, her family and herself safe when a crazed, obsessed stalker who knows her secrets surfaces . The twists and turns throughout the book kept me page turning for hours! The writing is masterful and keeps the reader wanting to go further into the book.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a gripping, page turning masterful mystery! Many thanks to author Hank Phillippi Ryan and NetGalley for advance copy for review!

Tess Calloway is on a book tour when she finds out she is being stalked. they want to sabotage her career and destroy her family life. She believes this is from a decision she made from before. This was a bit slow at the beginning and then it it really good. There were good twists and it was suspenseful and over the top for sure. I will have to try another Hank Phillippi Ryan book for sure.
