The relationship dynamics pulled me in and I wanted to know how/if it resolved. This is so relatable, that sometimes things don't work out and yet they work out anyway. Navigating the tough things, the things that seem simple but are complicated and the things that are complicated but are actually simple...makes you remember and think about the way things are.

The first half is concentrated on what makes effective leadership, which is not useful for the vast majority of women workers, who are not bosses. The rest is applicable only to a corporate office, not workers in blue-collar, pjnk-collar, or other non-management jobs. All the "solutions" are top-down, depending on the bosses to change their own behavior and implement better processes. Nothing that a regular worker can do.
