while I didn’t enjoy this one as much as I did DESPERATE MEASURES, this one was so so hot and once again, I’d read anything katee robert writes 😮‍💨

following a poly relationship between hades, meg and hercules, the three of them must come to terms with their bargain with the underworld god and the best way to finally admit to their feelings for each other!!

friends with benefits usually isn’t my favorite trope so I think that’s why I didn’t love this one as much - plus meg was insecure about herself af (totally unlike her normal characterization) which made me want to shake her by the shoulders and scream that she’s a queen and not to be messed with!!!

as someone who can relate to trust issues 🤪 … I get the hesitation between the three of them, but it wasn’t enough to balance an entire story off of imo

Meg, Hades, and Hercules’s story was interesting wild and unexpectedly perfect.

I enjoyed seeing how they all fit together whilst being both damaged and incredibly different.

The kink club was awesome and I love that the underworld is both neutral territory and also a kink club… ummm seriously?? Love it.

Overall it was a good story and I’m excited to read the rest of the series.

I love a Meg and Hades reimagining and this one delivered. The spice was spicy, but there were also some complex emotions and that were navigated in a believable way. Hercules was the perfect little lover boy to Meg and Hades depraved. I love the saviour complex with a damsel that doesn’t want to be saved. So so so good!

This was a good one. I read books without reading what they’re about….so, I assumed this was just about Hades and Meg. Nope, Hercules is in it too. 🥵 Not my type of thing, but oh boy, does it work for them in the book lol. Spicy, but really not that much plot. It was a super quick read. I have been loving the new pov of these characters from the villains side! Can’t wait to get through this series! Also, these new covers coming out?! Stunning. ✨

📚 Katee Robert uses this book to develop the world of Carver City in her Wicked Villains series. There is plot here, but lots of smut, spice, and sex. If you’ve read any out of this series before then this opens the door to see more behind the scenes of characters you’ve already met. I enjoyed learning more of the inner workings of the Underworld and those that run it. Katee always seems to make the last chapter or two a bit more suspenseful than I feel prepared for, but I love it.

🌟 If you are a closed door reader this is not for you. If you’re shy about MMF then this is not for you. If you’re a Carver City fan and want to learn more about Hades, Meg, and Hercules - then this is for you! Prepare yourself for some serious spice!

I have really been enjoying this Disney retelling series! It puts a fresh new spin on the books, and I love the villains getting the win in the end. Katee Robert books are essentially candy reads for me, and I love them. They tend to be quick reads with a little insta-love and a lotta spice. I always commend Katee on inclusive writing and their emphasis on consent.

This one was an enjoyable spicy time with Hercules, Meg, and Hades. This series lies more on the erotica end of things, with more spicy content than plot, but it still manages to pack in an engaging story with character development and is overall a good time. As always, the spice DELIVERED. The scenes with these characters were HOT.

I loved how it told a story of bringing a third partner in. Meg and Hades have been together for a while, and what starts as a little bit of rekindling things with his partner while also getting a side plot of revenge, turns into a really delicious trio. And I just loved how Hercules added the perfect dynamic to their pair. He gave each of them something they didn't know they needed, and I love what the trio became!

I also loved the tie in to Dark Olympus! Having read that series first then reading this one made me feel so much for each of the Hades. It was perfect!

Katee Roberts is great at smut. If you're into re-imagined fairy tale with sex, you might find yourself drawn to this. If you like Emily McIntyre and haven't read Katee Roberts before. You might want to give it a shot.

It's been a real treat rereading one of my all time favorite series with the added commentary and notes by Katee, it really just adds to the absolute joy of returning to this world. Just one of my all time favorite series. No notes, just eagerly anticipating the next release.

ENDLESS Thank Yous to Sourcebooks Casablanca for this eARC! I am so over the moon excited about the rereleases of this whole series with these goddamn gorgeous covers and commentary from Katee. When I tell you I have thought about Meg and Hades and Hercules every single day since I first read this book I am so serious. Meg is so damaged and needs to feel secure and loved and Hercules is so brave and loving and a little dumb and Hades is the jagged broken puzzle piece that fits them both so perfectly. They are THEE foundation for the rest of this series for me and I even get to think little happy thoughts about Hercules when he is mentioned in the Dark Olympus series from time to time. 15/10 I will not shut up about this book to literally anyone that will listen to me.

I read this back when it was indie published. I love the wicked villains series with all my heart for every Disney lover who wanted Hades and Meg this is the book for you. I will always recommend this series

Learn My Lesson by Katee Robert is a steamy romance that is so much fun to read. The story follows Meg, Hades, and Hercules, and trust me it is a wild sexy ride. With strong chemistry, emotional depth, and intense moments, I am obsessed with this series. If you enjoy sizzling stories, you should def read this one!

Obsessed. Obsessed I tell you! I have always been a huge Hades fan and I never knew that I needed Hercules thrown into the mix.

This book was SPICY 🌶️🌶️🌶️. It had me blushing and kicking my feet. Meg is the goat. I love a strong independent woman and for her to have two masculine men obsessed with her…is a dream!

I have no complaints about this book other than I just wanted more.

5 stars!
