Great romance with relatable characters and cute dialogue. I’m excited to pick up the next volumes in the series. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you to NetGalley and Kodansha Comics for a free arc in exchange for an honest review.
Love on the Horizon is a very cute bl manga! Nagi and Yuu’s relationship is very cute and I LOVE the art!! The only thing I didn’t love was the intro where Nagi is sharing a bed with Yuu without his knowledge. That’s a little gross, and I definitely think Yuu should know about that.

Very cute and fluffy. I want a meet cute with a neighbor 😭😭😭
Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for giving me an ARC in exchange for an honest review!

I thought this was such a cute lighthearted read!! There was no drama and the miscommunication was minimal and not overly played out which I appreciated!! A perfect strangers to lovers college romance in my opinion!! 10/10 will be reading the next one!

Love on the Horizon is the first entry in a series about two next door neighbors who also attend the same college/club who end up falling for each other quickly and sweetly. It's an easy read and feels like a one-shot, so I'll be interested to see what volume 2 has in store! Occasionally some of the side characters looked like the main pair, but they weren't around enough for it to be too much trouble. This is just a fluffy little quick-love quick-relationship book, a gentle whipped topping which can be nice sometimes.
As always, thank you to Kodansha and NetGalley for the eARC in exchange for review!

for me, this one wasn't anything special.
cute, perhaps, and the art style is decent. but it features a trope that's been playing a hundred times before and does very little to stand out from the rest. i don't feel anything for our MCS besides maybe rooting for their love (?). i did like that there is almost no obstacles (besides their obliviousness) between them and the getting together part. it happens naturally, softly -- with no drama or identity crisis.
i would recommend this manga to anyone looking for a soft, simple BL to lighten up your day! my many thanks and gratitude to Kodansha Comics for the e-arc and the fact that they haven't locked it behind an inaccessible LCP DRM <3

This was so cute and cozy, I couldn't stop smiling. I can't wait to see where this goes next - I wasn't quite expecting them to be so together by the end of this volume (don't get me wrong, I'm not mad about it, but it made it feel more like a one-shot). I love the fact that they both get to be really competent and assured in their own ways, Nagi with his photography, Yu with his music, and I love how their relationship is so represented by how they feel safe and comfortable with each other.

this is the definition of a cosy friends to lovers manga. low stakes, endearing characters and a story that speaks to the hearts of so many lgbt people who have found their safest place in someone else. loved it!

This manga is great. It doesn't baby the reader, you're plopped right down in the middle of the story. There's no long exposition explaining everything before it even begins. It just begins. Which I love. You learn more through flashbacks and conversations.
I also love that it's about adults. It's rare that you find a romance manga that's about college students.
The art style is beautiful. So easy to look at and really refined.
The plot is interesting but simple. A basic concept with interesting characters. Very fun.
If you're interested in BL's and adult romance, definitely check this out!
