Thank you to NetGalley and Random House Publishing for early access to this book in exchange for an honest review.
3.75 stars for this read.
I really enjoy Liv's writing style and have ate her books up in the past. This one was a little different than her past reads and it took me days to get through the first 60%--but the last 1/3 of this book really picked up speed and I couldn't put it down. Definitely recommend.

Compulsively readable is how I would characterize this one. I read it in a single day and it was so good. I loved the glimpses into the past and it took an unhinged turn I was not anticipating!

Annabelle Reynolds dreams keep coming true. She feels she must fight to save those she loves but this often results in friction with her husband. The riveting story moves quickly making for a quick read. I didn’t love the supernatural element of the dreams but overall this is a solid thriller. F I thoroughly enjoyed the Mrs. Parrish books and this is another good one from Liv Constantine. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read this ARC. 3.75 stars rounded to 4 for me.

I devoured this book, reading it in a single day. This is tagged as a thriller but it’s a little different from most thrillers, with a slight almost fantasy element, since one of the narrators has prescient dreams.
This book was just so readable. The writing style is easy to follow and the intrigue of the story kept me turning the pages. I was desperate to know what would happen next.
The book went in an interesting direction and I liked seeing the narratives of the past and present come together. I don’t want to say too much because of spoilers but I really enjoyed the ending and found it to be a bit of a surprise.
Definitely read this one, especially if you enjoy thrillers but want to read something a bit different.

Wow what an incredible twisty book! Liv Constantine is one of my favorite authors, Every time I thought I knew what was happening in the story and I had it figured out, a new twist would come along to surprise me.
Annabelle had a great life- loving husband, two daughters, and a successful career. When she starts having dreams that come true, ahe chalks it up to stress or overactive imagination, until she starts dreaming about her daughter being injured.
The story played out so well with excellent character and plot development. Definitely a 5⭐️ read!
Thank you to the author, NetGalley, and Random House Publishing for the advance reader copy. This is my honest review.

First off thank you @netgalley for this ARC copy and in return I’ll give an honest review. This book was a good 3.5 stars, yet Goodreads doesn’t do half stars, so I did round down to 3.
The book starts out with a woman having a nightmare. The main character appears to have a happy life and perfectly family and perfect husband, however, she starts having dreams that predict future events. Ultimately, her dreams lead her into a terrifying event involving her daughter and you the think the book will go one way and it completely goes another. Just when you think you have it all wrapped up in a bow it goes in another direction. It’s a fun read toward the end because you have no clue what is on next page. My biggest complaint is the writing. I don’t know if it was because it’s an ARC or if it’s meant to be YA but it reads really young.

Thank you to Liv Constantine, Random House Publishing Group-Ballentine, and Netgalley for the e-arc of Don’t Open Your Eyes. Intense/gripping psychological thriller with a unique plot! Multiple story lines/POV, multiple twists, keeps you guessing until the very end! This book publishes on 6/17/25! I requested this arc because I loved The Last Mrs. Parrish, The Next Mrs. Parrish, and The Stranger In The Mirror! Check those out in the meantime!

Kept me engaged most of the storyline but the switched at birth plot didn’t really do much for me. And the crazy wife came out of nowhere

Don't Open Your Eyes is a narrative where the fragile boundary between dreams and waking life dissolves into a chilling uncertainty. This book takes the familiar phrase 'it's just a dream' and shatters it, immersing you in Annabelle's terrifying struggle. The way Liv weaves these dream sequences into her reality is seamless, creating a sense of constant unease. And just when you think you have a grasp on what's happening, the story throws you into a series of unexpected twists, sooo good!
Thank you NetGalley and Random House Publishing Group for the ARC!

This was Liv Constantine’s most unhinged book yet—and I mean that in the best way possible. It’s darker than her usual work, and I was completely hooked from the start. There are three different plots unfolding, and she does a fantastic job weaving them together in a way that’s both complex and satisfying.
I especially loved the use of three POVs. The unidentified wife’s perspective added a great layer of mystery, and the dual timelines between past and present kept the tension high. It definitely kept me guessing the whole way through.
The dream element did throw me off a bit, but overall, I really enjoyed the story. Twisty, intense, and totally unpredictable—this one’s a wild ride.
3.5 rounded up to 4!

Liv Constantine once again excels at blending genres to craft a thrilling and unique story in Don’t Open Your Eyes. Her vivid descriptions brought each character to life, allowing me to easily visualize them in my mind. The twists she weaves throughout kept me guessing right until the very end. I particularly appreciated how she incorporated premonitions—she made them feel genuine and not at all contrived, evoking a sense of déjà vu that’s both eerie and relatable. It reminded me of those moments when you experience the uncanny feeling that “this has happened before.” Each character felt authentic, with qualities I could easily imagine in people I know personally. Liv Constantine has become one of my favorite authors; I’ve yet to read a book by her that I didn’t enjoy.

Don't Open Your Eyes opens with a bang. The first couple of paragraphs are very attention-grabbing.
The pace is slow for most of the book and then speeds up considerably within the last 10 chapters. The book was written in third person except for Annabelle's dreams and the wife's chapters. That disrupted the flow. The storyline fluctuated between before and now, but the flow was off transitioning between the periods of time.
An interesting premise, diabolical villains, and a few unexpected twists make this book worth checking out.
Thank you, NetGalley, Random House Publishing Group, and Liv Contantine, for the opportunity to read this digital ARC for my honest review.

Liv Constantine is a master thriller writer and Don’t Open Your Eyes was no exception!
I couldn’t turn the pages in Don’t Open Your Eyes any faster. I was immediately sucked in to the story. The multiple timelines kept me hooked!
Liv Constantine is one of my favorite thriller writers and this might be my favorite of hers yet. Filled with twists and turns it was unputdownable. I can’t wait to read what she does next!
Thank you to NetGalley and Random House Publishing Group - Ballantine, Bantam for an advanced copy of this book!

That ending!! My jaw was on the floor for the last 20% of the book. I had such a fun time reading this book, and it was so fast paced (thank you short chapters!) that I just couldn't put it down. At times, the pacing was a little off which made it feel somewhat slow and a little confusing, but besides that, I loved trying to piece together everything that was going on. Some of the characters, such as James, annoyed me throughout the book, but by the end it all made sense. This was such an interesting concept, with the use of dreams and premonitions! I think everyone has experienced a weird "something bad's going to happen" feeling at least once in their life, so watching the worst come to life for Annabelle was so entertaining and had me on the edge of my seat. This was my first Liv Constantine book, but I'll definitely be picking up more!

Holy cow! Kept me on the edge of my seat with this book. Another author who I need to read all of her books and this one did not disappoint

5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you to NetGalley and Random House-Ballentine Books for the ARC e-copy.
I devoured this book in one sitting! Another thrilling page turner from Liv Constantine. The high number of chapters and the alternating POVs threw me a bit at first but they really connected in an exploding way. Highly recommend this read, especially for the upcoming summer season.

Really enjoyed this one, just like the rest of Constantine’s books. Very twisty and kept me guessing all the way up to the end

WHAT I LOVED - The multiple POVs. They gave you just enough to keep you interested, but not enough that you wanted to stop reading and find out more.
WHAT I LIKED - The dreams that kept coming true. it was intriguing, but not over the top ridiculous.
WHAT I DISLIKED - The husband, from the beginning.
WOULD I RECOMMEND? Yes. If you like a quick page turner that holds your interest.
Thank you, NetGalley and Random House Publishing Group- Ballantine, for this eARC for review. All opinions are my own.

5 stars! I love Liv Constantine’s books and this was no exception. The twists were unexpected and I stayed up way too late to finish this book. It’s my favorite thriller that I’ve read so far this year!

Meet Annabelle: a social media marketing specialist with a seemingly perfect life - a devoted doctor husband and two beautiful daughters. But her world turns upside down when she starts having dreams that feel like premonitions... and keep coming true. These dreams force her to question everything: her marriage, her life choices, a devastating loss from her past, and her own secrets. They also warn her that her husband is hiding something big, and that her elder daughter Scarlett might be in serious danger. Could her dreams be real warnings? Who is her daughter secretly chatting with? Is Scarlett falling victim to something more sinister than catfishing? Annabelle is about to find out the hard way.
Now, here's the thing - when you review a favorite author's new book, people might think you can't be objective. And I'!! admit, I struggled with this one. For most of the book, I felt disappointed by the slow pace. We mostly follow Annabelle's prophetic dreams, deal with her husband's frustratingly controlling behavior, and watch Scarlett flirt with a mysterious online guy named Ben. By the halfway point, l'd figured out the connection between Annabelle's past and present - it felt a bit too predictable. I even understood what the dreams really meant (not just as premonitions, but as subconscious warnings).
