Another great book by Liv! It was so good, I read it in one day. I love when books are so good that you can’t put them down.
I was on the edge of my seat the entire time with all the twists! Annabelle has a wonderful life, great job, husband and two daughters. But why is she suddenly having distributing dreams? And why are they coming true? What a wild ride! I didn’t know who to trust. I thought the story was going one way and then it went another way. This story was just so good.
Liv really knows how to write a good story that really keeps you invested. I was shocked by the ending!!
Thank you NetGalley, Liv andRandom House Publishing Group - Ballantine for the eARC! I also feel so lucky when I get an advanced copy of her books! I also know I need to dedicate a whole day to reading one of her books because I know I won’t be able to put it down.

Once again, Liv Constantine knocked it out of the park! Liv is one of my favorite authors that has yet to disappoint with any of her books! This one makes me never want to dream again!! I loved the multi POV and I love the fact that what you see on the outside is not what is always true behind close doors.

Thank you to NetGalley and Random House - Ballantine Books for this e-ARC! Amazing!!!!
This was a page turner! It hooked me from page one and I couldn’t stop! I love a thriller with multiple POVs, and I really enjoyed the pacing throughout the book. This one is right up there with Mrs. Parrish series for me. Highly recommend this one when it releases this summer.

Thank you NetGalley and publishers for allowing me to read this ARC by one of my favorite authors. Liv Constantine never disappoints. At first I thought I’d get tired of the multiple POV’s in this story, but the pace was fantastic with lots of twists and turns to the storyline. Constantine is a wonder at the psychological thrillers I love. Do yourself a favor and pick this up when you can. You won’t be disappointed.

What do you dream about at night? Have you ever had a crazy dream and then it comes true? Can someone predict the future based on their dreams?
These are some of the questions raised by Lic Constantine's latest novel.
Annabelle is a successful media businesswoman with a loving husband and young daughters. Her ordinary life is disrupted when she starts having strange, vivid dreams. Annabelle becomes increasingly alarmed and unhinged as her dreams (nightmares?) become reality. Her husband thinks she is going crazy as she becomes progressively convinced that her family is in danger. Is Annabelle going crazy or is there something sinister at play?
I'm not going to lie. I think our dreams do try to tell us something. I was riveted by this story. I wasn't able to predict some of the twists and turns. It's my first book by Ms. Constantine, and it won't be my last!
A big thank you to NetGalley and Random House Publishing/Ballentine Books for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Another fun and twisty read by this dynamic duo! Thank you NetGalley for my ARC! Annabelle and James and happily married with two daughters but Annabelle keeps having these dreams that come true. Is she predicting the future? James thinks she’s stressed and needs to stop working. One reoccurring dream revolves around a client of hers. What does it mean? The story just twists at every chapter until the very end! 4.5 stars

Don’t Open Your Eyes tells the story of Annabelle, a successful wife and mother who seemingly has it all. But, as the reader learns more about her current life (and her past, as told through flashbacks), it becomes apparent that all is not what it seems. And then Annabelle begins to have dreams that may or may not be forecasting the future. It was a mystery I was happy to dive into.
Overall, this is a great book for a vacation. The chapters are short, the writing pulls you in, and the story flows in a way that had me saying “just one more chapter.” The flashbacks and multiple perspectives are used well, and it was an entertaining ride. However, I still had a number of unresolved questions at the end and some of the drama was a little too farfetched or convoluted for my personal taste. Ultimately, I would love a sequel or companion book to fill in the holes – there were definitely some characters who I thought were minor but now want to know a lot more about. I’d recommend this book to anyone who has enjoyed the author’s prior work and/or is looking for a fun beach/vacation read that is guaranteed to entertain.

I’ve been completely in love with Liv Constantine books since reading The Last Mrs. Parrish last year, so her newest book was clearly on the top of my most anticipated books for 2025. I was ecstatic to receive an ARC for Don’t Open Your Eyes and it did not disappoint one bit.
This story is told through multiple POVs, mainly being Annabelle and her older daughter Scarlett. Annabelle works as a social media consultant and seems to have a very normal life and marriage with her husband James. She begins having these dreams that end up coming true about those around her. It seems like Annabelle’s life is starting to spiral out of control, but throughout the book you find out things aren’t always what they seem.
The characters in this book were fascinating and the plot held my interest right from the start. It’s short chapters always left me wanting to read just one more every time. There are many twists and turns throughout the book and I was shocked by the directions this book went in the end. They were not anything I had guessed as I was reading.
Thank you to Netgalley and Random House Publishing-Ballantine for the ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Don’t Open Your Eyes is the latest from Liv Constantine coming this summer June 17th. It follows Annabella with her perfect life and perfect kids and perfect husband, who begins having nightmares that start coming true, and her life slowly unravels.
I read this one in a single night. Told from multiple perspectives, including a mystery perspective, I wanted to figure out all the lies and untangle them. It was a little predictable and it’s hard not to compare an author to any of their previous works (The Last Mrs Parrish). Constantine has a writing style that just gets you hooked. Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

summary:
Wow what an interesting and unique book. It follows Annabelle, a social media consultant with two daughters and a seemingly normal marriage to her husband, James. She starts to have disturbing dreams, however, where she hates her husband and her daughter is in danger. After the first dream comes true, when James wins Connecticut Doctor of the Year, she fears that many of her others could pan out in real life as well. As her husbands actions get more suspicious and her older daughter, Scarlett, makes plans to meet up with a man she met online, it feels like Annabelle’s life is going to spiral out of control. HOWEVER, as you keep reading, you realize — things aren’t always what they seem.
This book is so unique in that it starts feeling like it will head in one direction, and halfway through, heads in a completely different one. I struggled a bit with the first half — it was interesting but felt a little slow, but once I got about halfway in, I couldn’t put it down. The characters in this book are fascinating, as everyone has secrets, and no one is who they say they are. It alternates between several POV’s, which can get a little confusing at first, but once pieces start to come together, it’s a brilliant way of weaving the story.
There are so many twists, turns and deceptions that you won’t know who to trust. It will keep you on the edge of your seat, waiting to see which of Annabelle’s dreams come true, and the impact it has on the people around her.
I promise this book is worth it! Thanks to Random House Ballantine, Bantam and NetGalley for the advanced copy, and make sure you check this out when it releases on June 17!

Annabelle has two daughter and is married to a doctor.
She seems to have the perfect life.
Then she starts having these bad dreams that become a reality.
This book will keep you at the edge of your seat.
Thank You NetGalley and Liv Constantine for an arc to review

Author: Liv Constantine

Meh. This was just a mediocre read for me. There is really nothing exciting or groundbreaking about this storyline and the characters are frustrating. At the end I was just reading to finish it. I find with this author I have more misses than hits but I did love The Last Mrs. Parrish. One thing to note is that Liv Constantine is a pen name for sisters Lynne Constantine and Valerie Constantine. I really feel like at times you can tell two people are writing because things don’t flow like you think they should.
Thank you Random House Publishing Group-Ballantine, Bantam and NetGalley for this sneak peak! Publication date is June 17, 2025.

4.5 stars! ⭐️ This was a page-turner! It starts off a little confusing with multiple POVs and timelines but once you connect the pieces, it’s all worth it!
Thank you to NetGalley and Random House Publishing Group Ballantine for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Don't Open Your Eyes was absolutely fantastic! The author wrote a story that was so well written I found myself flying through the pages, unable to put the book down, pondering what would happen next. My favorite piece of this entire story was how believable the characters were.
The writing is clear and clean, and very immersive. The book hums along at a good clip, but the pacing makes sure we're given time to breathe between plot-intensifying moments. The story was absolutely engaging and the work that went into the settings was noticeable and superb. I felt absolutely transported and I'm so incredibly glad I was able to read an arc of this story.

I love Liv Constantine. She can write a mystery/suspense book like no other! She’s been a long time favorite of mine and her latest is another winner. I was pulled in right from the start with the really engaging premise of the book. The characters and the story itself were well crafted and interesting. The pacing of the book worked for me. I found the ending to be very satisfying and unpredictable.
Many thanks to NetGalley and to the publisher for the advanced reading copy.

Thank you to Netgalley for this review copy! I really enjoy this authors work, so I definitely jumped on the opportunity to read this ARC. Overall, it was a solid domestic thriller. It took some twists and turns that I was not expecting, so I enjoyed that aspect. The dreams or premonitions that our main character experienced added an intriguing layer to the story as I enjoy an unreliable narrator. The first 30% or so was slow, but it still kept me engaged with the story. There were also several grammatical/spelling errors in this ARC copy. I had a feeling earlier on about who the 'real' bad guy was going to be, but overall, I enjoyed this thriller.

I received an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review. You know that feeling when you’re enjoying a book so much that you don’t want it to end, so you put it down so it doesn’t end but then can’t resist to pick up up again? That was me with this book! Liv Constantine has done it again—wow! The twists and surprises kept me on my toes, and all the characters were fantastic. I especially appreciated how she took the time to develop each one. I’m already looking forward to its release and can't wait to listen to the audiobook. Highly recommend!

Liv Constantine is a favorite author of mine and this book did not disappoint. When the dreams that haunt Annabelle begin to come true, I was quickly hooked. With a loving husband that dismisses these dreams and recommends she schedule an appointment with her therapist, Annabelle is left feeling defeated and alone. Will she be able to save her family before any additional dreams become her reality?
Suspended between her dream sequences and the life she is living, Annabelle does what she can to keep those that she loves safe, but as the dreams continue so does the possibility of injury to someone very dear to her, her daughter, Scarlett. Wrapped up in her own teenage life, Scarlett seeks space and independence, but things aren't always what they seem. Her decision to take a risk could change everything.
This book was engaging from start to finish. Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the ARC.

I finished “Don’t Open Your Eyes” by Liv Constantine earlier today, and I loved it!! This is the same author who wrote “The Last Mrs. Parrish” which I absolutely loved as well! Ms. Constantine has definitely become an auto buy author for me!
You never know where the story is going when you read one of her books, and they definitely keep you entranced! This story is told through multiple Points of Views and multiple timelines, but don’t let that scare you….it was not confusing at all.
Ms. Constantine’s thrillers are always so good and juicy! You can never go wrong with one of her novels.
Great, great thriller! This was an Advanced Reader Copy that is due to be published on June 17th. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the complimentary copy in exchange for my review. This book earned a solid 4 stars from me!! Read it!

This book was so insane and so good!! I absolutely loved it and couldn't figure it out until almost the very end. There were so many nuances and questions and some incredibly developed characters and its going to go down as one of my favorites this year.
