Liv Constantine is one of my very favorite authors. I was so excited when I received the approval to read this book. I was definitely not disappointed. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. So many twists and turns. Highly recommend.

Don't Open Your Eyes is a well crafted psychological thriller that grips you from the very first page. Liv Constantine expertly weaves suspense, paranoia, and the terrifying power of premonition into a nail-biting story that keeps you second-guessing every twist. Annabelle’s descent into fear and uncertainty is utterly compelling, making the tension almost unbearable as her dreams begin bleeding into reality. The pacing is relentless, the stakes are high, and the final twists are jaw-dropping!

Annabelle appears to have it all—a loving husband, two wonderful daughters, and a fulfilling career. However, her world begins to unravel when she is plagued by vivid dreams depicting a future where her family is in peril and her relationships are fractured. Initially dismissing these as mere nightmares, Annabelle becomes alarmed as elements from her dreams start manifesting in reality.

I have loved every book I've read by Liv Constantine, but this one was a little tough to get through. I really didn't get Annabelle and her husband's relationship. It's difficult to explain without spoilers but she seemed to be tougher and take less sh** when she was younger. The past/present story line was fine and not at all confusing but I think the past could've had less extraneous details and moved the story along a bit quicker.

Overall, it is a decent popcorn thriller. It’s entertaining enough for a quick weekend read, but it doesn’t break new ground. If you’re looking for a thriller with unexpected twists and complex characters, you may find this one a bit underwhelming.

Annabelle is having weird dreams that sometimes come true and sometimes do not. Chapters rotate between characters and go into the past and into her dreams. Readers need to stay alert! If they do, they will be treated to a wonderfully intricate, beautifully written, and excitingly plotted psychological mystery. Excellent! "Don't Close Your Eyes" by Liv Constantine is a gripping psychological thriller that keeps you hooked with its multiple layers of mystery. Instead of just one central unknown, the book unravels several intriguing questions, which kept me engaged and eager to see how everything would come together.

However, one aspect that didn’t quite work for me was the handling of Anabelle’s dreams. Throughout the novel, they consistently seemed to foreshadow future events, but the dream that ultimately solved the mystery took a more retrospective turn. This shift felt out of sync with what we’d been led to believe about her visions, making the resolution feel slightly off-balance.

That said, the book was still an entertaining, twisty read that I’d recommend to fans of psychological thrillers!

Another Liv Constantine book that was so fun, so well done, riveting and one that I HAD to finish before resuming real life.
The dream element was truly such a trip in the best way. I absolutely LOVED the twist at the end.

I was thrilled to receive early access to their upcoming book, Don't Open Your Eyes, which is set to be released on June 17, 2025. I love how their books always keep me guessing! DONT OPEN YOUR EYES was a quick domestic thriller with multiple POVs. I found the dream aspect to be a bit off and unbeatable and the twists weren’t terribly shocking, imo.

If you’re looking for a Liv Constantine book I’d recommend either THE LAST MRS PARRISH or THE STRANGER IN THE MIRROR.

I didn't even bother reading the summary for this ARC before I requested it, I've read 6 other of their books and I knew whatever was in it, I'd be entertained. This one DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Just when I thought something was explained enough and I had things figured out, boom, another twist, turn. I didn't know what was going to come next. All the things that happened were so preposterous and wouldn't happen in real life but man, the writing was so good that I didn't even care. I wanted to see where this ended up. Another great book by the Constantine sisters, keep em coming.

I absolutely love Liv Constantine books. This one did not disappoint. A great mystery that kept me on the edge of my seat, wanting to find out what happened next!

The pacing in this was solid, but it felt a little disjointed by the end. The motives of the villains didn’t feel well enough established; I think we would’ve benefitted from knowing the crime upfront versus it being a “twist.”

Love Love Love Liz Constantine's books. This one did not disappoint and I started and finished in the same day. A fast paced page turner that I could not put down for a minute.. Will certainly be a beach read this summer!

I have loved all of this author’s books I’ve read and this book is no exception! I loved the multiple points of view and learning how they all connected. It is a crazy twisted story about a supposedly happy family. Annabelle is married to James and they have two daughters but soon Annabelle starts having prophetic dreams. This was a page turner from the beginning and I highly recommend it!!

Exactly the twisty domestic thriller that I expect from Liv Constantine. Just when you have it figured out another curve ball is sent. Don’t Open Your Eyes is a quick read that will not disappoint domestic thriller fans.

Couldn’t put it down! A domestic suspense about a mother who starts having premonition-like dreams that her daughter is in danger. The plot got a little wild, but the author did a good job with the twists and pulling everything together.

Don’t Open Your Eyes was a fast paced read. Annabelle is a mother who is having dreams that elude to some truths in her life. The dreams become warnings of events to come true. She is trying to understand how this is possible while keeping her family safe. Annabelle is feeling uncertainty about her marriage and begins to question everything This book is filled with twists and when you think you figured out who the villain is.. you are shocked!

LOVE this author! It was told from 4 different perspectives, and at first I was worried it would be a problem, but it all turned out ok in the end. I knew something was "wrong" but I could not predict where or who or why. It was a good read overall!

After loving The Last Mrs. Parrish, I had high expectations for Don't Open Your Eyes—and Liv Constantine did not disappoint! This book is an absolute thrill ride from start to finish, filled with jaw-dropping twists, devious characters, and a sinister atmosphere that kept me glued to the pages.

The psychological tension is masterfully crafted, making me question every character’s motives and second-guess what I thought I knew. Just when I thought I had everything figured out, another twist would completely upend my expectations. The pacing is relentless, the writing is sharp, and the story had me hooked until the very last page.

If you love dark, twisty psychological thrillers with strong, manipulative characters and shocking reveals, Don't Open Your Eyes is a must-read. Liv Constantine has done it again! Highly recommend!
