As the past and her dreams catch up to Annabelle, she finds herself questioning herself. Annebelle is a happy wife leading a great life with her husband and kids. Her past loss haunts her daily as she lives with the pain of losing her son at birth. When parts of her dreams start to come true, she feels she needs to listen to them. At the same time, she feels as if she is losing her mind. From the first page to the last, one is captivated by Annabelle and her story. Lies and betrayal for the name of love all unfold in a dramatic ending. Liv Constantine crafts a compelling thriller novel that I highly recommend to anyone.

Synopsis:
Annabelle seems to have it all: a devoted husband, two daughters, and a great career. Yet, as of late, when she goes to sleep, she has these very disturbing dreams that seem to come true after the fact. At first she believes it is all her imagination, but once her daughter Scarlett is put in real danger, Annabelle is worried that her dreams are warning her about a trauma from her past and also the things in her current life that seemed so perfect...
Opinion:
Wow!! @livconstantine2 really hit it out of the park with her latest thriller! I absolutely DEVOURED every short chapters, many of which ended on cliffhangers. Something I loved was that I was sure I knew who the mysterious 'wife' character was, until I didn't! It was really thrilling to see how Annabelle's past collided with her present, and there were twists in the process that I definitely didn't see coming. I liked that one of the POVs in the book was from daughter, Scarlett, as well. Often in domestic thrillers, we are shown only what the adult characters are thinking, but it was cool to see this story unfold from the teenager's eyes. Without spoiling the ending, I thought it was an extremely satisfying conclusion and wrapped up all the loose ends perfectly!

The writing here felt a bit stilted, it made for an easy read but it also felt somewhat underdeveloped. Some of the dialogue seemed so cliche which took me out of the story.
I also felt like some themes were left a bit open ended; I would have liked to know more about the reason behind the dreams (which were so significant to the story) but it felt like this was dropped without much explanation.
I appreciated the ending that wrapped things up nicely, but the execution just fell a bit flat for me. Not a thriller that will really stick with me but it still was an entertaining page turner that would make for a fun beach/summer read!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! It was paced really well, and I just couldn't stop reading. I will say that all the characters felt unlikable, but it didn't necessarily detract from my enjoyment of the books. This will be a hit of the summer!

Annabelle has strange dreams that seem to predict things in the future. Mostly around her family - husband James and daughters Scarlett and Olivia. When Scarlett starts talking to a boy behind everyone’s back, Annabelle has dreams of her being hurt. Toggling between multiple character POV and timelines, there are quite a few twists and turns.
I thought this was an okay thriller - some predictable things and others not so much (but didn’t really make me gasp).

This was another very suspenseful ready by Liv Constantine. There were a lot of stories that came together by the end of the book that I truly didn’t see coming. It was a very fast read and was a book that o truly could not put down. I highly recommend this book to fans of mystery.

Don't Open Your Eyes completely delivered everything I wanted in a psychological thriller — suspense, emotional depth, and jaw-dropping twists. Annabelle’s nightmare-filled life feels utterly real, and her desperate fight to protect her daughter Scarlett is both heartbreaking and compelling.
The way Liv Constantine weaves the premonitions into the story is masterful — it creates this constant undercurrent of tension that never lets up. Multiple POVs add complexity and keep you guessing about who to trust, making the story feel fresh and unpredictable.
What stands out is how tightly the plot is crafted. Every twist landed perfectly and surprised me, even when I thought I had it figured out. The emotional stakes felt authentic, making the suspense hit even harder.
If you love a dark, twisty thriller with strong family drama and a bit of the supernatural, Don't Open Your Eyes is a must-read. I couldn’t put it down.

Thank you Random House Publishing Group - Ballantine for the ARC. All thoughts are my own.
What would you do if your nightmares started coming true?
Annabelle seems to have it all - a successful career, a loving husband and 2 adorable girls. But secrets are festering in the house and Annabelle starts having nightmares about her family’s safety. When her dreams start coming true, Annabelle must determine what’s real and what's imagined.
I was hooked right from the beginning! The plot was revealed in bits and pieces, keeping me guessing the entire time. I changed my theories multiple times and STILL didn’t get it right. Liv Constantine is a master of the twist you didn’t see coming.

When I read a thriller I often try and see if I can spot the ending or plot twists and I can confidently say that I did that ZERO times throughout this book. Annabelle’s story had me in a chokehold and the use of flashbacks really helped bring her past to life. I loved this read! Thank you NetGalley for an advanced readers copy!

I am in a thriller mood these days and was so happy to be gifted this book in exchange for my honest review. A successful woman starts having dreams that seem to be coming true and her life is a mess as a result. Everything gets murkier as the plot twists keep coming. By the end of the book I wasn’t sure who to believe and who to root for. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and have been recommending it to everyone.

This was a fast paced thriller told from several view points. I was completely shocked by the ending.

I have to say, the premise behind this book seemed a little far-fetched to me. Having your dreams become your reality is a crazy notion. If you can get past the unbelievable premonitions, then you will enjoy this book.
I thought I had the twist figured out, but surprise! There were actually a couple of twists that I totally didn't see coming.
After reading this book, I actually had a serious "what if" conversation with my husband. It definitely gave me something to think about!
Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for my honest opinion/review.

I enjoyed this book a lot. There was a lot going on in it but it wasn't to the point of being overwhelming. A perfectly " normal" life complete with a job she loved and a beautiful family is suddenly turned upside down with the onset of prophetic dreams. There are also rising problems with her teenage daughter.
H
ow it all plays out is difficult to explain without giving out story plot. It is well worth reading to figure out all the details though.
The author does a great job at keeping you guessing until the end. Will read more by this author

This one started slow for me, but I ended up really enjoying it. It was very twisty with pretty good final twist. As always, I enjoyed the alternating timelines and multiple POVs.

Thank you to NetGalley and Random House Publishing Group for the ARC. This book was a quick, gripping thriller—perfect for a beach read. The premonition-like dreams added a unique and intriguing twist that set it apart from typical thrillers. Another highly entertaining read from these authors!

3.5 stars! This book definitely reminded me of some other thriller authors writing. It had a good pace, and I enjoyed getting the flashbacks to Annabelle's younger life. The twists and ending were pretty predictable, but overall a good read if you're looking for a lighter thriller!

Writing duo Liv Constantine has done it again! I could’t put it down. Told in multiple POV and timelines. Set in my home state: CT! (Which doesn’t happen often) I had a kick out of reading familiar locations in the book. Perfectly paced psychological thriller with twists and turns executed so so beautifully. Highly recommend! This book was a quick thriller beach read for those looking for it. A bit more woo-woo and metaphysical than I'm used to for this author, and not something I'm looking for typically - usually it's an easy out to explain things or move the plot along, using something that is other-worldly or unexplainable. But the dream sequences were just right and not too over-the-top. Saw the twist coming a mile away and still really enjoyed the book.

This was a suspenseful, well written thriller. The concept was intriguing and the twists were many and shocking.
Thanks NetGalley and the publisher for the digital ARC.
