This was such a fun fast paced read. I truly had no idea what was going on but enjoyed it. This is an auto read author for me.

ate this one up. The pacing was fantastic and I didn’t see the twists coming! Really what I look for in a thriller. The dream part was a little weird but it did make it a unique storyline and helped tied it all together. I also really liked the different POVs and the multiple timelines, they were done very well so they weren’t confusing at all. I kept putting myself in the main character’s shoes and I just cannot fathom going through all of that craziness, I wanted to give her a hug lol. This is a quick read and a wild ride and I recommend!

A huge thank you to NetGalley and Random House Publishing Group - Bantam for the privilege of reading the ARC of Don’t Open Your Eyes! And to Liv Constantine for writing it.

This book kept me hooked from the very first page. The tension builds steadily, creating that perfect feeling of unease where you are never quite sure what is real and what is imagined.

The writing is fast-paced and compelling, with just enough mystery to keep you turning pages late into the night. The characters are layered, and the story taps into that quiet fear that something just beneath the surface is not quite right.

Without giving anything away, this is the kind of psychological suspense that makes you question everything and leaves you thinking long after it ends. It is both smart and unsettling in the best way.

If you enjoy twisty reads with a strong emotional core, this is one to add to your list.

I’m a big fan of Liv Constantine and her Mrs. Parrish serie, so I immediately requested a copy of this book once I saw it was available. This one is solid thriller that keeps you turning the pages. It has multiple view points which will keep you guessing. I recommend it to fellow fans and thriller lovers.

While I thought it was a bit slow moving and a bit repetitive , the ending really left me on the edge of my seat. There was an absolutely action packed final third of the book which absolutely drove this one home.

I was so excited for this book and I wasn’t disappointed. I loved how it kept me guessing. The timelines gave me whiplash, in the best way possible. Annabelle’s premonitions were terrifying and the creep factor was perfect.

Don’t Open Your Eyes is a twisty psychological thriller with a storyline that keeps you on edge, especially as the plot picks up speed toward the end. While the pacing felt uneven at times, the final stretch delivered enough suspense and tension to make the slower moments worthwhile.

The book walks a fine line where it almost hints at the supernatural, but I was glad it ultimately stayed grounded. The twists are well-timed, and the dual perspectives add intrigue without becoming confusing.

I would like to thank NetGalley, the author, and the publisher for an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

In a world full of too many thrillers, Liv Contantine's are always worth reading. I hope these two keep us turning pages for many more years.

Holy ball of dread in your stomach. This psychological thriller had me thinking one thing, only for the next card to be played and think "surely not" and then have another twist. The gaslighting and amount of mental health diagnoses in this book alone had me feeling like I was reading my mental health nursing textbook again. I literally had to take breaks from listening to this just because of how a character rubbed me the wrong way. Told in dual timelines and multiple POVs, this keeps you guessing until the very end. Overall, this was a really good psychological thriller, with a web of "oh no" plot lines all weaving together to create an ending that sticks with you.

Annabelle has started having some weird dreams. But even weirder is that some are coming true. Unfortunately the first one was that her husband who is a passive and supportive partner tried to hurt her. But as more and more dreams are coming true, she has to start jumping in when dreams of her daughters getting hurt happen. Her husband, a neurologist, thinks it is anxiety and stress induced, but she can tell these dreams are a warning. And she will do anything to protect her girls.

Liv Constantine's *Don’t Open Your Eyes* is a masterful, twist-laden psychological thriller that keeps you guessing long after you've turned the last page. From the very first chapter, Constantine weaves a suspenseful narrative that blends emotion, tension, and the uncomfortable feeling of being trapped in a situation beyond your control.

The story centers around Annabelle Reynolds and her husband James. What makes this novel stand out is its deep psychological complexity. The characters aren’t just pawns in a thriller; they’re multidimensional, struggling with their own demons while caught in a sinister, twisting plot. Constantine has a remarkable way of peeling back layers, revealing shocking truths with each new chapter.

What I found most compelling was how the story plays with the concept of control—both in terms of the characters' personal lives and the larger, high-stakes situation they’re navigating. The book constantly pushes the question: *What would you do to protect the ones you love?* How far would you go? Constantine doesn’t shy away from exploring these moral ambiguities, making the stakes feel real and relatable, even if the events themselves are extraordinary.

The pacing is relentless, with twists and turns that kept me on edge. There were moments when I thought I had it all figured out, only for the narrative to pull the rug out from under me. The tension builds steadily, until the jaw-dropping final twist that left me reeling. It’s the kind of book that makes you second-guess everything you read—and that’s a testament to Constantine’s skillful storytelling.

While the plot is gripping and full of surprises, it’s the emotional undercurrent that makes this book unforgettable. The stakes are personal, and the emotional depth of the characters only enhances the suspense. Constantine doesn’t just create a puzzle for the mind; she gives you a story that pulls at your heartstrings.

**Final Thoughts:**

*Don’t Open Your Eyes* is a must-read for anyone who loves a high-stakes psychological thriller with rich character development and a plot that keeps you guessing. It’s a rollercoaster of emotions, twists, and moral dilemmas that will stay with you long after you finish it.

Liv Constantine doesn’t disappoint in Don't Open Your Eyes, even if this wasn’t my personal favorite from the author duo. The story is packed with the kind of twisty, psychological suspense they’re known for, and once I started, I couldn’t put it down.

One of the most intriguing elements was Annabelle’s dreams—eerily vivid and seemingly prophetic. As the story unfolds, her dreams begin to mirror real-life events, blurring the line between intuition and reality. It added a chilling, almost supernatural layer to the suspense that kept me guessing.

The audiobook narration was strong and immersive, pulling me deeper into Annabelle’s unraveling world. If you enjoy domestic thrillers with layered characters, eerie twists, and a touch of the uncanny, this one is worth a listen.

If you enjoy domestic thrillers with layered characters and plenty of twists, this one is worth a listen.

I really enjoyed this one! As a longtime fan, I always get excited when this author drops something new—and once again, they delivered. This psychological thriller is smart, twisty, and full of surprises. Just when I thought I had it all figured out, the story flipped again in the best way. The ending totally caught me off guard! I won’t spoil a thing, but if you love clever thrillers that keep you guessing, this is definitely worth picking up. Such a fun, satisfying read!

Imagine if hat you dreamt, could actually come true.....

I loved the premise of this book! Crazy dreams that start coming true and all the unreliable narrators you could imagine. This was twisty and dramatic. I flew through this book! It is one of those that you can read in one sitting. The audio was also done so well, and I enjoyed it. Most of this book was a 3+-star rating for me, but that ending.... it bumped it up. It was one of those things that made me want to keep reading the book and rushing to see what happens. Multiple POVs that help you piece the puzzle together (although at times, it was quite predictable.) This also explores the journey of motherhood, past traumas, and family dynamics.

Was this the most accurate book? No. But it was a fun, nail biting thriller. I do think most of this book was a bit slow paced and at times I had a hard time with that. Sometimes things were over the top and felt a bit forced. But overall, I had a great time with this book and I recommend!

Although some of the aspects in this book seemed far fetched, I was riveted and it held my attention! I couldn't believe that the MC was having dreams/vision of the future, and her daughter I wanted to shake! But I guess that is how teenagers are nowadays. It did add a believable scenario to the story. I would highly recommend this book for thriller and mystery readers!

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC for exchange for my honest opinion.

What a wild ride this book was. Just when I thought I had all the answers...I went on a whole different path.

Annabelle has a good life with her husband and daughters; until she started having what seemed to be precognitive dreams (or nightmares).

Suddenly nothing is as clear as it seemed shortly before.

Is she in danger? Are her daughters? And can she trust anyone?
Loved this book.

Thank you to Random House Publishing Group and NetGalley for a digital ARC of this title in exchange my honest review. All opinions are my own.

This book was a total mind-bender in the best way! I really appreciated the use of multiple POVs and timelines - something that could’ve easily become a tangled mess, but was instead handled with a surprising level of clarity and intrigue. Liv Constantine did a great job pulling all those threads together, even if it did take me a while to figure out what was actually happening.

Truth be told, I spent a good chunk of the book feeling completely confused. Between the different narrators, timelines, and strange dreamlike sequences, it was a bit of a mental workout trying to keep everything straight. But once the pieces started to click into place, I was hooked. I absolutely flew through the last half of the book!

Annabelle’s story had me questioning everything. The dreams, the eerie premonitions, the idea that one single choice could unravel a whole life—it’s both chilling and fascinating. The premise is fantastic, and it really kept me guessing all the way to the end. That said, there were still a few things that didn’t quite land for me. Some of the drama felt over the top, and a few plot points seemed a bit too far-fetched. Plus, I finished with more questions than answers, which was a little frustrating.

Still, if you enjoy twisty domestic thrillers with a touch of the supernatural and don’t mind being kept in the dark for a while, this is a ride worth taking. Stick with it - it pays off.

My copy of this book was provided by NetGalley and Bantam for review purposes. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This probably was never going to be a perfect book for me, because even in movies I struggle with dream sequences and premonitions. The story did ground itself in Annabelle's seemingly perfect life. She is a social media marketing manager and has a happy marriage and beautiful daughters. All is well until disturbing dreams plague her sleep, and she begins to wonder if they could be connected to her real life in anyway. She wonders if her dreams might be real warnings when her eldest daughter, Scarlett's safety seems to be at risk. The pacing of this book was very confusing, with the first three quarters being quite slow and dry. The last fifty or so pages were fast-paced and interesting, but in the end quite predictable. A great popcorn thriller, but definitely not one of my favorites by this author.

Wow. What a great psychological thriller. Once I got going, I couldn’t put this one down. Don’t Open Your Eyes will keep you on the edge of your seat – a queasy feeling in your stomach, dying to know the secrets, twists, and turns.

Liv Constantine weaves a propulsive story that kept me guessing the whole novel. She does use the main character’s dreams to drive the narrative, which may seem a bit unrealistic. (The dreams are described in the book’s blurb, so I don’t consider this a spoiler.) If the reader is willing to suspend belief and accept that Annabelle’s dreams could be not just dreams, but premonitions, then you will enjoy the ride!

Special thanks to Random House Publishing Group – Ballantine – Bantam for the advanced copy via NetGalley.
