I received a free ARC of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. I found this book to be a little uneven. The level of the poems and the level of the short explanations of the body parts in the poems seemed to be very different. The poems seemed written more for younger children, and the explanations were written a much higher level. The poems were cute, but I had trouble following the scansion in many of them. The explanations of the poems and the glossary in the back of the book were helpful.

Random Body Parts is an okay book; I didn't love it or hate it, I just liked it. Personally, I found it to be quite a mediocre book so I would recommend it with caution.
