What a gorgeous story! Rodeo Red is a kid obsessed with playing at being a Cowgirl.in the Old West, with her trusty sidekick, Rusty (a stuffed toy dog) by her side. But things start getting tricky when Slim (a baby brother) shows up, and that pesky varmint rustles poor Rusty away and won't give him back! Eventually the Sheriff (Mum) and her Deputy (Dad) get involved, but it takes some quick thinking on Rodeo Red's part to get her pal back!

Young children will be delighted by Rodeo Red, especially if they have a new sibling! The illustrations are absolutely adorable too.

A cute story with charming illustrations. I will be using this one for storytime in the future.
