One of the best things about this book, it is is centered on Jesus! Yes, there was her story, but the point wasn't her or her journey but Jesus. Not only was her story compelling and real, but it was hopeful, but only because of Jesus. The author was very good at keeping that in perspective. A real perspective and understanding on a very hard topic, and as stated by the author, one that is still talked about in whispers.

Not for younger audiences for sure with the information that was shared, but it was done tastefully and tactfully. Written in a way that someone who has not experienced this, would be able to understand better of what is needed in the aftermath.
