Love John's books. Another great read. Just because you are on a path doesn't mean you can't start over. Don't be afraid to have a do-over!

Acuff is a great writer. He's witty and is able to engage you while making his point. I was glad that in future books he began leaning on having someone produce research alongside his work. Too many books like this are written from anecdotal experience, which was my experience with Do Over. Fortunately, his future books combine the best of his writing and advice from books like this, but combine it with research to find the best way to be helpful.

Jon Acuff is a master of telling people important lessons about life and work. I'd pick up any of his books, no question.

Acuff's book is motivating and enabling. If you walk away from his book without feeling powerful about work and career, it's not his fault. It's yours. I am convinced I can pursue my dreams using skills, relationships, character and hustle. And because I was reading an electronic copy, I look forward to going back over the exercises when the hard copy arrives after the book releases.

Acuff speaks from personal experience and tells the good and the bad in a humble and honest voice. We can learn from his mistakes and set ourselves up for a career we love.

If there were more than five stars, I'd give them all!

This was a book I will use as a reference as I move through various stages of life. Our circumstances are constantly changing and evolving and this can help us move successfully through changes or transitions. It's a book that is relevant to nearly every adult and very practical.

Amazing book to help you get your mind around restarting on life when it comes to career moves. Acuff has obviously had a few do overs in his own life. And does a good job walking through correcting the mindset.
