there is not much insight that can be used for decision makers when reading this book. it is more about explaining the development of AI that is happening and there are no concrete steps that can be used to utilize the ecosystem of AI itself.

This book provides a high-level view of the evolving nature of the supply chain. The key trends being - automation, reducing entities in the middle of the value chain, use of AI to align demand and supply among others. The impact of Covid on the supply chain, the attempt to make it more resilient and use new technology is covered. The latter part of the book introduces the concept of an AI Ecosystem sharing supply & demand signals along a digital conversation superhighway. This is a good concept though the description is sketchy and very high level. There are examples covered on how companies like Amazon, Walmart and others are modernizing.
Overall, recommended for a high-level view of recent advances in enterprise supply chain.
