I'm going to start out by saying it's going to sound like I'm complaining but I'm not really. I inhaled this book in about 24 hours. And I actually loved all four MMC which doesn't generally happen for me with why choose books.

If you've read a lot of romantasy, you'll immediately notice a lot of the same tropes in this book, including instalust and I'm not like the other girls. However despite these tropes, I don't feel like it bogged the story down for me. The plot was engaging enough for me to keep wanting to know more which definitely kept me up late reading it. I was disappointed that I was able to guess the ending and then frustrated that there was a cliffhanger but that's more of a me thing. I'm so happy that the relationships with each MMC was given its own time to build and grow which you don't always see in why choose books, sometimes the bonding is generally glossed over just to get to the spice.

Speaking of, the spicy parts were great. I almost wished there were more scenes with the five of them but with the cliffhanger ending, it feels like we'll have a sequel so I'm sure I'll get my wish there.

4/5 stars from me, however if you're burnt out on romantasy at the moment, this isn't the book for you.

Well, I just found a new author and new trope to obsess over. The writing was absolutely beautiful and had me hooked by the end of the first chapter - and had me devouring 500 pages in under 24 hours.

Yeah, me and you both girl.
These characters demanded all my attention and I was unable to deny any of them. Rylee was brave and feisty, with a rebellious side that I really admired. I loved that she never ignored her feelings even as they changed and that she always listened to her heart even when it scared her.

And those Legends of Chaos 😮‍💨 Despite this being a why choose, I thought the spice to plot ratio was really well balanced. The moments with each prince had me falling in love over and over, and also had me fanning myself with my kindle. Perfect balance, perfect spice, perfect pov’s, perfect romance…𝘅𝟰.

But beware, the ending will have you staring at the wall in shock and flipping the pages hoping for more. Straight to jail for that cliffhanger - I need a miracle, and answers, and revenge immediately please and thank you.
