Rylee, is the luckiest female ever lmao no but for real. She deserves to be treated like a queen. I loved her character so much, she always has something to say and isn’t afraid to say it! The four princes?! I would’ve folded too. All of them are perfection, including our Nightmare. But I really loved Axl, cause he gave so much Finnick (The Hunger Games) energy! IYKYK. The plot was engaging, and I read this book in a day, honestly. PLS GO READ THIS BOOK!
Thank you so much to the author and @entangled_publishing for sending me a physical copy!

Some of my fav quotes:
“I can’t tell is she’s going to kiss him or bite him to draw blood, but either way, I’m so fu¢king here for it”
“Or I’ll do worse. If you’re mine and something happens to you, someone threatens you… I’ll burn the whole fu¢king world down and laugh the ash out of my lungs.”
.
AHHH this book had my screaming and kicking my feet.

Um, exsqueeze me! I cannot breathe!! I’m going to be straight with you all, I’m not usually a RH girlie but Jade did this so well. But let me tell you, that cliffhanger! I may not recover. I loved every moment of this read! Run. Do not walk, saunter, or shimmy. Run and get yourself this book. Cuz let me tell you. I’m still fanning myself.
❤️ Kal is so snuggly sweet
💧Axl is burly and yummy you’ll melt
🧠 Pierce will make you feel all the things
🌑 Jax..I mean. Broody, handsome and a splash of mean, just my type🫣
If you love romance, intrigued, spicy and little bit of mystery this is the read for you.

This book has a different magic system. I don't fully understand how it all works, or why some have powers and others don't. It is touched on in the book, but not in the full detail that I would've liked. This is a why choose trope, however, it did not feel that way. There was a lot of the book spent on some of the guys in the harem, but not all. It felt more like three of the guys were just side kicks to one guy, and they were just thrown into the story to add extra spice or a little razzle dazzle. There was also only a couple of scenes with multiple guys from the harem, but then they were be mentions of how multiples got together. I also got tired of the phrase "bottomed out". It was used in every spicy scene. It felt as though there was a lot of thought put into the first half of the book, and then the second half was rushed. Like the author was enjoying the build up to the climax, and then reached the end before I did. I am interested to see where the story will go, and I hope that the next book will bring it all together.

This book was the perfect mix of fantasy and romance! Like I need the next book now.
In this fantasy world where four guys must find one girl to break the curse and allow them to come into their full powers. Rylee has been trying to find out what happened to her sister and in order to get answers she crashes the choosing to try to find answers but as luck and fate would happen, Rylee has been chosen as the next potential mate for these four men.
Let me just say that this is the first why choose that you really could not choose which guy would be your favorite as they are all wonderful in their own ways! They all complimented Rylee amazingly. It was wonderful to see how well they all connected with each other. The subplot of Rylee trying to find her sister was continued and wasn't dropped for the sake of relationship and sex. The stakes felt real and heavy and I cannot wait to see what comes next.
And all i have to say is THAT ENDING!!!! Anyways....go read this book!!!

Whoa!! It’s four men and one woman’ and she takes them all!!! A little heavy on the spice for my preference but loved the story and devoured that part of it. But I did skip some of the spicy scenes.

Thank you so much to entangled insiders and Jade Presley for this ARC for my honest review! Although I'm still new to romantasies, I absolutely loved this book! This book was everything I wanted when I read the description and more. I look forward to reading more by this author! Amazing!

The Never List by Jade Presley is an enthralling action-packed spicy why choose romantasy that had me hooked until the very end. This captivated me right from the start & I could not put this down.
This is book #1 in the Never List series & it ends with a gasp worthy conclusion that will have you clamoring for the next book in the series.
The Never List is great for those looking to read…

This was the perfect mix of action, intrigue, romance, secrets, family drama, banter, heat & so much more. This is going to go on my favorites list for the year & I will be counting down the days until I get to read the next one. I genuinely loved this so much & was completely smitten by these heroes, this story & this romance.
If you are looking for the next big romantasy, I highly recommend checking out The Never List!
Massive thanks to NetGalley & Red Tower for the gifted copy, which I voluntarily read & reviewed.

Very early on, this book had me hooked. I thoroughly enjoyed the intrigue, the banter, the unique magic, the mystery. The way the men supported Rylee and protected her immediately had me hooked! And the spice? Goodness, yes please!

I really enjoyed this! I love myself a good why choose, especially when it comes to fantasy. There was really cool world building that wasn’t overly complex or info dumpy. All our MMC were distinct and had their own personalities that I didn’t feel like I was confused on who was who. The concepts and plot of our FMC having those choose and be chosen as well was really cool. The action and writing were fantastic. I can’t wait to see where this series heads!
Thank you to Entangled and the author for the e-ARC.
My one qualm was that some things felt a little rushed. I wanted more of our MCs together and the ending also felt a little rushed. I get not trying to make a book too long but there were some time jumps where I was like heeey…I want more!

This book had no business being as good and chaotic as it was. 🔥
What do you mean there’s 4 princes, trials, and a lower class woman with a hidden backstory that she keeps secret while trying to win ALL of their hearts?!
Because oh yeah, this is a why choose. 😮💨
I was so head first deep into this book I lost track of time. I loved every minute of chaos, questions, spice, heartbreak, THE DRAMA, and betrayals.
Thank you so much @entangled_publishing and @redtowerbooks for the eARC. 🤍

"They said the Choosing was a gift. They never told me I was playing a deadly game."
Thank you so much to Jade Presley for writing such a fun, spicy, and emotionally charged Romantasy book! The way I devoured this book was on another level! I loved the FMC, Rylee Gray, and her character's strength and courage. She faced many situations, trials, and winning the princes over, and through it all, her love for the immortal god-princes was unmatched. The four princes also offered their unique personalities that balanced the character dynamics. There were some instances of insta-love between Rylee and the princes, but the book deals with fated mates, which is to be expected, and I loved it! The book's pacing was very well done, and it constantly kept you on your toes as the reader, and there was a big reveal at the end that had me craving book two already. If you are a fan of books with tropes for forced proximity, touch here and die feelings, fated mates, why choose, enemies to lovers, and multiple points of view, this book is for you! I recommend it to any Romantasy book lovers.
I also want to thank Entangled Publishing and Netgalley for my digital copy of this book.

As a huge fan of the publisher, Entangled: Red Tower Book, I jumped at the chance to receive this book. Without reading the description. I received the book, read the description and thought "what have I gotten myself into?" One woman, four men, hmm... Beware of this when you consider this book but I can say it's so well written it wasn't too much. It's sexy. There are multiple partners. It's a good read.
Riley was never supposed to be a Potential. She came to the gala where the Potential is chosen only hoping to access the records that include the Never List to see if she can find out where her sister disappeared to a year ago. She's from the wrong caste, she's hiding the fact that she's a demi to avoid execution, she's just not the woman for the job and has no interest in it. With a forged invitation, she and her friends are granted entrance to the event. She indeed makes her way to the records room only to be caught by a man she finds beyond intriguing. They flirt but, of course, nothing can come of it. The good news? He doesn't bust her for being where she shouldn't be. When she returns to the main event she's beyond shocked to be picked out of the crowd of eager women as the next Potential. What??? It turns out the man she was so attracted to in none other than one of the Legends, the princes who must find one mate to fulfill their prophecies.
She can't say "no". She'll be outed and killed. She must go through with the process. She quickly realizes she's actually attracted to the four princes of Lumathyst. They're nothing like they're portrayed to be. They're not the evil, nasty despots their fathers tend to be. As she spends time with each she falls for them. And they for her. Tested by their fathers, she passes each deathly threat sent at her. She finds her companions to be revered by their subjects, she herself adds by showing compassion to people often overlooked. When the group is attacked she is distraught and insists to be included in future situations. This is shocking for a Potential! And appreciated by the Legends (as the princes are called).
The story unwinds amid a lot of suspense and intrigues and ends with a massive unforeseen revelation. The entire story was fun and entertaining for any fan of hot paranormal books.

4.5 stars
I absolutely devoured this book and finished it in 24 hours! I just couldn't put it down. I loved every part of this book - the world building, the pacing, the character depth, the plot. Rylee, the FMC, is such a badass FMC! She was fierce, sassy, confident, outspoken, and watching her keep the Legends on their toes was so entertaining. She quickly became one of my favorite FMCs ever. The Legends also had their own personalities. The Dreamer - Kal - was the sweet cinnamon roll MMC. The Player - Axl - was playful and outgoing MMC. The Mind - Pierce - was the quiet, serious one. And The Nightmare - Jax - was the broody MMC with touch her and die vibes. Jax was my personal favorite - who doesn't love a morally grey broody MMC lol. I loved the individual relationships each of them had with Rylee, but I also enjoyed the camaraderie between the four of them. There was a true bromance, which I loved. The book was very fast paced, and the world building was not overly complicated. The twist at the end, though!!! OMG! The only critique I would have is that I wanted more chapters with the MMC's pov. Much of the story is through the eyes of Rylee, which is great, but I would love to read more from the men. Overall, what a spectacular read! I am counting down the days for book 2!

I HAVE NOT stopped thinking about this book and it has been MONTHS.
DROP EVERYTHING YOU ARE DOING and immediately pick up this addictive romantasy with four immortal god princes who I kept saying "now this one is my favorite" to every single time we got time with another. Each prince grabbed my heart for different reasons: sweet Kal, playful Axl, cunning Pierce, and broody Jax (my absolute FAVE because GOD FORBID I obsess over a not broody morally grey character). Their kingdoms are vividly unique but it's their genuine brotherhood and respectful pursuit of reluctant Rylee that elevates this from typical why choose to something special. That sacrifice near the end? DESTROYED ME. I CANNOT BELIEVE that was the ending. I anticipated ONE of the twists but TWO????
Currently suffering the worst book hangover while desperately waiting for book two. Please, I'm begging.

Loved this so much. Rylee was a fun character to go through everything with. I really loved all the different men and am not sure I could pinpoint just one for my favorite. I cannot wait until the next book.

If you’re the why-choose type… this book is most definitely for you! I don’t want to give away too much since this book came out this month, but I loved the world building and premise.
Their kingdom, Lumathyst, is on the brink of chaos if the princes don’t find their fated mate. Rylee fakes her identity/status to get into “The Choosing,” looking for her sister. When they choose her, she gets a lot more than she bargained for.
This book was SPICY, especially if listening to the audio 🥵

“Goddess, maybe I was made for him, made for each of them, because I'm quite certain I could stay here forever and never get enough.”

I honestly don’t even know where to start because The Never List wrecked me—in the best possible way. I’m sitting here feeling like someone just gave my heart a warm hug and then punched it... gently. Is that a thing? Because that’s exactly what just happened. I can already feel the book hangover setting in, and honestly? I’m not mad about it.
If you want a story that makes you laugh, ache, and hold your breath all at once, The Never List needs to be on your list. Five stars. All the feels. No regrets.

I was blessed by entangled to receive a review copy of this book, I can’t really call it advance because the book was already out at that point. Since the book was already published i decided to read and listen at the same time, I am a sucker for a good immersive reading experience.
The Never List by Jade Presley was everything I look for in a romantasy book, I love the broody male characters who don’t trust anyone but each other. I love the strong FMC who has had to fight tooth and nail her entire life for everything she has only to find men who would prefer she never lift a finger again but won’t stop her if that’s what she wants.
I did however find some of the major plot points to be relatively predictable, which doesn’t take away from a story for me.
This story gave me zodiac academy vibes if the FMC ended up with all 4 characters instead of just one. That could have been because the male narrator was Jake Bordeaux. I have never met a book narrated by Jake that I didn’t love and this was no exception. Michelle Price did a fantastic job making her voice changes between female characters, allowing me to differentiate with ease.
Overall I highly recommend this book if you want an easy and enjoyable romantic fantasy, but the ending is going to leave you wanting so much more and the next book doesn’t have a release date as far as I can find.

This was my first why choose fantasy book. And man, it did not disappoint!!! I was intrigued from the first page. The author had a unique way of capturing your attention and making sure you were enveloped by this world. The magic system, the politics, the heat, the drama!!! My oh my. I don't want to spoil anything, so I'll just say this: I love how each Legend of Chaos is in their own way. They each captivated my attention in incredible ways, and I'm in love with all of them! From lovey golden retriever vibes to dark and brooding this book has it all.
Jade, this truly is a masterpiece that blew me away!!! Thank you for writing such a beautiful world I will be anxiously waiting for book 2

This book was so good. There was a ton of chemistry between the characters. I was so mad about the ending, but in a good way. It leaves it open for book #2. It has a little spice it, gets detailed at parts, but it’s not all spice.
