This is a nice how-to book for kids who are interested in making things grow. It's packed with information for getting started, and includes suggestions for how to have a garden even if you don't have a yard. The illustrations by Srimalie Bassani are adorable, and really add to the fun.

There's a surprising amount of information in this book. It covers everything you could ever want to know when starting your first garden. There are also some fascinating tidbits to help inspire young gardeners and a couple gardening crafts to get them started.

How Do Seeds Grow Into Gardens gives a surprisingly wide overview on how plants grow, different growing methods, and tips and tricks for best results. Some of the pages are rather text dense so younger readers might need assistance. The illustrations kept the conversation light and I enjoyed that it gave activity instructions at the end (how to make your own watering can). This would be a great introduction for kids.
Thanks to Flowerpot Press and NetGalley for an eARC of this book for an honest review.
