I really wanted to love this one because my son loves fire trucks, but as we read it together we really weren't pulled in like I expected. The story is cute but maybe not the most engaging for us at the 2 year old stage.

This is an adorable children’s book about a day on a fire truck! It does a great job of getting the terminology correct so it teaches the children in a super fun and exciting way. The story itself it so cute and even as an adult I enjoyed reading this out loud to my 2 year old. She loves fire trucks and sat through the whole book eagerly turning the pages. A great addition to the series and one we would highly recommend!

This was a quick and fun little story about a boy named Luke who was given a task to save the day by the fire department in his area. I find that the art is really cute and simple and that it helps the children distinguish what is happening in the story as the plot goes on. The characters are also diverse which is also another lovely thing to see in children's books too.
The only feed back I might give is the font issue, it was really hard to read at times and the font seemed to not be consistently aligned at all with each page. Other than that, it was a really nice and simple story that had a good overall plot, characters and simple sentence structure for children to understand.

This is a very cute book and the illustrations are lovely. My son enjoyed it but I think he got a bit confused by the amount of different people/names included. Other than that, we would probably regularly reach for this book!

Such a cute read about a day as a firefighter. This book included fun illustrations and a storyline that kept my 5 year old interested! Who doesn’t love saving an ice cream shop. As a parent I enjoyed reading this to my 5 year old and loved the letter from the firefighters leaving the station in the hands of a little boy! My son is already hoping the rocket ship at the end means there will be another story of a day in a rocket ship! Great writing and overall a great story to enjoy with my children.
