Phantasma walked so Enchantra could RUN 🙌
Enchantra is an interconnected standalone to Phantasma that follows Genevieve, Ophelia’s sister, on her adventure in a mysterious palace full of paranormal magic and danger at every turn.
Similar to Phantasma, there are high stakes deadly games, lush descriptions throughout, shocking, jaw dropping twists, and likeable (dare I say loveable?) beings from H*ll. I loved Genevieve as the FMC- she’s confident, quite humorous, yet very relatable, and the chemistry between her and the MMC is top notch.
Enchantra features deliciously well done tropes like fake marriage, reluctant allies, forced proximity, enemies to lovers, bickering and banter, heated slow burn tension, and spice. Compared to Phantasma, the gore and spice are dialed back slightly but the characters, relationships, and overall pacing are better developed.
I wish I did a re-read of Phantasma first so some minor details were fresh in my mind. Eventually though, everything was explained.
I really liked Phantasma, but I LOVED Enchantra!
Thank you NetGalley and Second Sky for sending me this ARC for review consideration. All opinions are my own.

Big thank you NetGalley and to the publisher for the chance to review this book pre-release. I read this one so so so so so fast, I'm utterly upset that it's over!! I loved Vivi and Rowin SO much, possibly even more than I loved Ophelia and Salem! Their banter was top notch, I loved the family dynamic between the Silvers, and Vivi is just SO. DANG. FUN. I can't wait to see what follows next, because after that ending, there HAS to be more!!!!!
A more formal review will be available on my IG/TikTok and Goodreads for release.

Yes, yes, a million times yes!
I loved Phantasma and I was nervous to read this book. I knew Genevieve was getting a book and after reading the description for this book I was afraid it was going to be way to similar to Phantasma. I have never been happier to be wrong. Enchantra was it's own book and it was a phenomenal read that kept me on the edge of my seat and had me canceling my plans to read.
Genevieve was such a relatable character. I too am the youngest daughter that was overlooked a lot of the time and just wanted someone to see me. I could feel her pain throughout the entirety of this book because she was just a phenomenally written character.
The Silver family is everything and I hope every single one of them get books. Each of them had such unique personalities that developed throughout this story and I fell in love with all of them for different reasons and at different moments.
Rowin, Rowin, Rowin. I am always a sucker for a sad and tortured male main character and this man DELIVERED. He was the emo man of my dreams that came complete with a lip ring, tattoos, and possibly some other piercings that I won't go into too much detail on. Wink, wink.
This plot was fast paced and just truly unique. The banter and the chemistry between these characters is unmatched. I fell hard for this book and I fell hard fast. This is a series of interconnected stand alones, and I do feel like you could read this book without reading Phantasma first, but I highly recommend reading them in order. This book is it's own complete story, but it does have tie ins to the first book and there is somewhat of an overarching storyline that ties these books together.
Thank you so much to Second Sky Publishing for the advanced copy of this book! I am obsessed and I can't wait for more from this author and this amazing world they have crafted.

Thank you NetGalley and Second Sky/Forever for this book!
Enchantra, book 2 of Wicked Games, follows Genevieve Grimm on a journey to Italy after receiving an invitation to Enchantra. Her reason to accepting this invitation.. to discover more about herself from Barrington Silver, the man that knew her mother. Unfortunately but fortunately, she meets the broody, tall, handsome son Rowin Silver instead. Not knowing what stepping into Enchantra entails, she forces her way in only to realize stepping foot into the estate automatically enrolls her into the Silver family haunted games of Hide and Seek. The only way to try and survive these gruesome games is to pair up (as a married couple) with none other than Rowin. I enjoyed this book!! I was looking forward to it after I read Phantasma. I like how both books have the elements of playing games but they have different aspects and reasons for the games and to play them. I will say Enchantra was less spooky and thankfully I was able to read it at night and not get scared lol. Genevieve is a strong, brave, and courageous FMC who is conflicted with listening to her heart while in the estate since emotions are escalated while playing. Rowin is a quiet and secretive MMC but caring in a way that’ll make you swoon. I think the family dynamic of the Silver family showed how even though there’s flaws and disagreements within the family, helping and supporting each other overcomes it. Plus, you can see the difference in the dynamics compared to the Grimm family and I think that Genevieve also recognizes the difference. She’s grateful for her mom and sister but recognizes that there can be more in a family setting. The ending felt like there will be another book so I’m hoping for it because I cannot wait to dive back into this series!!

This was one of my most anticipated reads for 2025. I am so honored to have been able to read this early. I think this author has a great formula for writing stories about wicked games and swoon worth book boyfriends.
While I felt a deeper connection to the character Ophelia in Phantasma due to my struggles with OCD, I really enjoyed reading Genevieve's story at Enchantra and being introduced to the Silver family. At first it was a lot of characters to keep track of but I quickly was able to get to know their different personalities. I am hoping to see more of these characters in future books and get the answers to some open ended questions.
Here are the things I loved most about this book:
-I really enjoyed the familiar's and thought that was a unique spin on the paranormal beings in this world.
-The forced/arranged marriage trope
-Rowin and Genevieve getting to know each other through two truths and a lie.
-A good amount of spice
-A large cast of characters
-Genevieve's journey to find a purpose and watching her growth in the story.
I look forward to reading more books from this author. I would give this a 4.5/5 stars due to my stronger connection to book one and those characters and a 2.5/5 on the spice scale.

I was so excited for Genevieve’s story! This was just as much fun as Phantasma and even more exciting! The games aspect will always suck me in! Add in found family, great side characters, and a hint of mystery and I’m sold!! Rowin will without a doubt will be a new favorite MMC! I hope we see more of the Silver siblings in more books, especially Ellin and Sevin!!

I didn’t want it to finish!! I’m so sad! What an amazing second book!
I was so worried it wouldn’t live up to Phantasma but omg It did, in fact I think I may have loved this just a little bit more.
Brilliant storyline and characters, the Silver Siblings have my heart! All of them even GRAVE!
Will be telling EVERYONE to read this.
Highly highly recommend

its rare for me to enjoy the second book in a series more than the first. But I definitely loved this more than phantasma and i enjoyed that one too.
For me I liked the story line better in this one along with all the characters. Vivi is perfect in my opinion. She isn't one of those I am the chosen one and will destroy you all because I have my shadow daddy now but rather still just a normal girl trying not to get killed by lunatics.
I loved the entire game/competition in general and it was very well done. I wasn't sure how it would be done or pulled off when I finished book 1 but i was pleasantly surprised. Deff pick this one up because if I understand correctly there might be more books in this series. Or at least thats the vibe I got at the end. Some one let me know.

I was nervous to read this because i loved Phantasma so much- however absolutely loved this book too. Genevieve and Rowin were perfect. We get some of the themes from Phantasma in Enchantra but with its own twist. This book had me laughing, crying and biting my nails and I loved moment of it. And I am praying this series isn't finished because I absolutely need more Genevieve, Rowin, Sevin, and Salem in my future. Needless to say I will read anything Kaylie writes from here on out.

This book is amazing! As much as I loved Phantasma, I love this one more. I was hooked from page one and was pulled in for Genevieve story.
Genevieve is so sassy, strong-willed, and isn’t afraid to share her opinions and she is easily a top FMC for me. I love her determination and that she does what she wants. Rowin is the dark, mysterious, and brooding morally gray MMC that we all deserve. I love the banter between these two and while the book isn’t as spicy as book 1, it felt more in place and more part of the story.
The curse that the Silver family has to live with was very interesting and heartbreaking. The game they have to play every year makes you never want to play hide and seek ever again!
With how the book ends, I hope that means we are getting a book 3!

This was so enjoyable and entertaining! I love a well done marriage of convenience plot and this excels at that. Genevieve and Rowin were amazing and I loved all of the siblings as well. I’m eager to get a book from Sevin’s perspective or with him as the love interest because he was one of my favorites.
This book left the door open for a third (or more) book in this world and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

I had a lot of expectations for this book since I thought that Phantasma was AMAZING. That being said, Enchantra surpassed my expectations and I found myself sacrificing sleep and other responsibilities because I couldn't put it down. Dare I say, it was even better than the first? Spicy, funny, fast paced, and fully of interesting characters. We got to see the other side of the Grimm family here and Genevieve is an absolute force of nature. I don't want to give too much away honestly, because I believe that this was a great book to go into blind and enjoy the ride; it will sweep you off your feet. If you enjoyed the spooky vibes of Phantasma, you are going to LOVE enchantra. I actually went out and bought another copy of Phantasma so that I could read them side by side again and it was so fun to jump right from the first to the second, even though they are stand alone. Some of the characters that you love from Phantasma even show up and I was beyond happy to see them again!
Thank you Netgalley and Second Sky for this ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.

“Does that mean there are strings now?” “As many as you want Mrs silver. And tie them down as tight as you want” 🥹🥹🥹
Ughhh my heart ❤️🔥❤️🩹
I wasn’t sure how this would keep along the same vibes as phantasma with a “game” of some sort but it was so good!
Rowan🥹🥵😭 poor tortured soul but a romantic possessive shadow daddy! Say less!
I love getting to see a deep dive into Genevieve and her personality, thoughts, trauma, and life that we missed but was hinted at in book one.

Right now, in this moment, all I can say is WOW!
The characters were all contagious and I was constantly itching for what to come next.
I am so happy that Genevieve got herself her own book with her own Wicked Game adventure. While we didn't get much of her first Wicked Game in Phantasma, this adventure tested who she was or (becoming) and the importance of family.
There was so much banter and loathing, enemies to lovers plus touch her and d!e, which is my favorite tropes. The FMC really proves who she is in this story and what she will overcome to find out more to the story of her mother Tessie.
Genevieve knows not to bargain with the devil, but will she to find the truth?

3.5 stars. This was an ARC from NetGalley. This is the second book in the Wicked Games series. The book started off right at the jump, which caused the character development to suffer a bit in the first half, and took a while to get comfortable with the magic system. This book differed from the first in a couple of ways. First, the focus almost solely remained on the MFC and MMC. Secondly, the trails were a primary part of the story. It kept me entertained and engaged. I thought the ending was done better, and not so rushed as the first. I would continue the series. #netgalley #enchantra #wickedgames #romance

Genevieve Grimm's story to be independent from Ophelia's. There was just enough mentioned about Ophelia's story that I had a rough idea of the story but I am still tempted to go back to read it for the full story!
Back to Genevieve- she is a stubborn women set on finding out more about her mother and possibly find someone like her. Once she makes it to Enchantra's gates and meets Rowan Silver- the real story begins. I really enjoyed not only Genevieve & Rowan as characters but all of the other characters in the story which is a really delicate balance to accomplish. All of the siblings were interesting and fully developed- I would honestly read a book for each of Rowan's siblings. Not only were the characters enjoyable but I enjoyed the balance of romance (both dark and intense) with the rest of the story revolving around the house games that Genevieve finds herself trapped in. The ending was a lovely twist that I was NOT expecting either!

Ideal for readers who enjoy dark, romantic fantasies where survival hinges on perilous alliances and forbidden attraction in a treacherous, magical world.

Words cannot express how much I loved this book. Phantasma was a solid story, but this one blew it away. Honestly wasn't sure what to expect going in but Rowin and Vivi were a wonderful duo. This twisted hide and seek with the Silvers had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Who knew devils enjoyed their own version of reality tv via mirrors? I really wish I could read this again for the first time.
Beyond excited to get a copy of this ARC from NetGalley, I couldn't have waited any longer to read it!

Rating: 4.25
What I liked:
-Better romance than book 1
-Great banter between Genevieve and Rowin
-More deadly games!
What to expect when you read Enchantra:
-Curvy FMC representation
-Shaddow daddy
-Found family
-Marriage of convenience / fake dating
-Touch her and die vibes
Thank you NetGalley and Second Sky/Forever for the ARC of this title! I can't wait for book three!

4 stars
I had such a fun time reading this book! I had quite high expectations for Enchantra as Phantasma was one of my favorite reads of 2024. I think it’s important to know going into it that the vibe is different from Phantasma, still good, just different. There is still a game element but less gothic feeling. The romance in Enchantra is much sweeter and softer than Ophelia’s story. I loved getting to know Genevieve in Enchantra and cannot wait to continue when the next book comes out!
Thank you NetGalley for providing this ARC.
