The introduction to this book explains why this book enables planning and advance preparation to allow for “Home Run Meal Plans.” Recipes provided are for Air Fryers and Pressure Cookers. Part one of the book has meal plans for 10 weeks. Part two contains “Beyond the Plan” for make-ahead breakfasts, baked Goods, lunch ideas, and “Lazy and Last-Minute Meals.” Some cookbooks assume you have a large collection of spices on hand. This book provides a list of basic baking supplies and spices, and pastas, grains, and beans that you might want to keep on hand. Also found here are a list of nuts, seeds, dried fruits and condiments and sauces that you may want to have in your pantry/refrigerator. A shopping list is already prepared for your week’s worth of meals.
The recipes are varied and are meant to include things that kids will eat. You certainly will have a variety of tastes and ingredients if you follow the meal planning laid out in this book. There are a lot of interesting recipes in this book. Many are things I’ve never eaten before, and they sound good. Of course, there are a few recipes that I wouldn’t want to make to accommodate our family’s preferences, but most are intriguing. I really like the weekly shopping list for all the meals planned for that week. Adjust to your taste, of course. I found it helpful that the shopping and preparation lists for each week allow for efficient meal making.

I love my instant pot and air fryer. So, I was excited for more recipes.
This is a great cookbook for anyone looking to streamline their meals for the week. The pictures are beautiful, and the food looks delicious. I am always looking for more recipes for my instant pot and air fryer. Especially ones my kids can make. I loved the organized shopping lists.
Definitely one I will buy for the library.

The recipes are clear and easy to follow. The photographs are beautiful and everything looks delicious. Definitely a book that belongs in a working family kitchen. A great book to inspire a cook to use the Instant Pot or Air Fryer that they wish they used more frequently.

I truly enjoy this cookbook and plan to buy a hard copy for closer reference. I appreciate how it is organized, and it clearly demonstrates the considerable effort and care put into its usability for the home cook. The work done on a Sunday to prepare for a week is very manageable and all of the recipes are interesting and vibrant and include elements that my kids will eat but also more interesting tastes for the adults.
I love that this includes breakfast options to shake up our normal routine and items that are grab-and-go. I will be recommending and talking about this as well as purchasing!

Coco Morante has done it again! For someone who uses the instant pot a lot and is learning to use the air fryer like me this is a life saver. I love Coco's books because the recipes have everything you need to come out perfectly. Nutritious and fast meals are a reality.

This is a practical cookbook for anyone looking to streamline their weekly meals without diving into full-blown batch cooking. The layout is clean and easy to follow, with a thoughtful weekly meal plan and matching shopping list for each week—so helpful for busy schedules!
One of the best features? The inclusion of homemade dressings and sauces. These small but mighty additions elevate the flavor of the meals and give you that fresh, from-scratch taste without extra effort.
Important note: Despite the title, this is not a batch cooking cookbook. I assumed it would be, given the “meal prep” focus, but it’s more about organized, strategic cooking throughout the week.
Perfect for home cooks who want a bit more structure and variety in their weekly meals!
Thank you to the authors, publishers & NetGalley for an advanced copy eARC. All opinions are my own.

The Instant Kitchen Meal Prep Cookbook is a fantastic resource for anyone looking to streamline their weeknight cooking without sacrificing flavor or variety. As a busy parent myself, I appreciated an approach to meal prep that doesn’t require sacrificing an entire Sunday for batch cooking. The book offers 10 weeks of organized shopping lists and prep strategies, making it easier to get everything ready ahead of time. What sets this cookbook apart is the focus on using appliances like pressure cookers and air fryers, which significantly reduces cooking time and hands-on effort. The recipes are flavorful and diverse, from Broccoli Pesto Penne with Italian Herb-Marinated Chicken to Chickpea Ratatouille with Parsley Garlic Toast — perfect for keeping dinner interesting. The inclusion of make-ahead breakfasts, quick lunches, and baked goods makes this a well-rounded collection for busy households. While some dishes still require a bit of planning, the overall concept is practical and effective. If you're looking for a way to enjoy home-cooked meals during hectic weeks without the stress of traditional meal prep, this cookbook is a valuable addition to your kitchen library.

Honestly, I was not a fan of the format of this book, mainly the organization by meals. And a lot of these recipes just didn't sound appealing to me. I appreciate the work put into this cookbook, but it was not for me. Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to review this cookbook.

Great book to read through. Recipes look good, but i don't normally have most of the ingredients on hand.

This is a solid cookbook. I hoped that those would help me learn some good instant recipes, but it didn't quite hit the mark. All the food is very bland and basic. I do appreciate that this is meant to be quick and simple though. It could be a great way to have more balanced lunches.

This is such a helpful book for anyone looking to learn how to meal prep! I also enjoyed that the recipes involved an instantpot and air fryer, which are two tools I use a lot in my kitchen. There are 10 weeks of meal plans (with 4 dinner recipes per week), including complete shopping lists for each week, and a list of preparation tasks that can be done in an afternoon then pulled together quickly on the night you want to eat that meal. I have to eat gluten free, and I was happy to find that a knowledgeable cook could modify nearly all of the recipes to make them suitable for a gf diet. We tried week 1, "Savory Sensations," which included recipes for Kahlua style pork with rice and cabbage, roasted chicken drumsticks with veggies and salsa verde, pulled pork sliders with potato wedges, and a tofu-noodle dish. Overall I recommend this useful book!

Organized with easy-follow-instructions revolving around planning, purchasing, and prepping before the cooking even starts, this is not your average cookbook. Geared exclusively towards the instant pot, home cook instant pot lovers will enjoy this collection of new ideas mixed with tried and true staples.

*The Instant Kitchen Meal Prep Cookbook* by Coco Morante is a game-changer for busy families seeking quick, healthy meals without sacrificing flavor. With 10 weeks of meal plans, organized shopping lists, and simple pressure cooker and air fryer recipes, Morante offers practical solutions for hectic weeknights. This cookbook not only makes meal prep efficient and stress-free but also ensures variety, with delicious dishes like Broccoli Pesto Penne and Apricot Dijon Chicken, making it a must-have for anyone looking to streamline their cooking routine.

Absolutely love this cookbook. Everything is broken down in easy to follow instructions. There are clear directions on how to make each individual item, as well as, which meals those items can be used for. I can't wait to try all the meals in this cookbook, because every one of them looks amazing! #theinstantkitchenmealprepcookbook #netgalley

This Meal Prep Cookbook does not come out until 12/2025. What a total shame because I need it today. It's fabulous, the recipes are simple, and the ingredients are easy to find in any store. This will be in all my exchanges for Christmas this year!
Thank NetGalley for the ARC!

I received a copy of this eBook from netGalley for a honest review.
I think this book is amazing. It has weekly menus that are broken down into step by step instructions for prep and storage and then actual cooking on the day. It also has great quick breakfast and lunch ideas at the end that I thought were very helpful. I want this cookbook because I think it would help me meal plan with wonderful food that I like and prepare me for cooking at home more.

This is a really amazing meal prep cookbook. I love how it’s all broken down with sauces and sides and how to incorporate them into the mains. All of the recipes are really well written and thought out. Going in, I thought this was going to be all instant pot prepping, but air frying was there too which is fantastic. I loved this cookbook!

I had a major surgery last spring that has changed the way that I eat and prepare meals. I like to make them easy and prep for the week rather than try to figure out what to do on the same day. This book by Coco Morante, "The Instant Kitchen Meal Prep Cookbook," has been a wonderful one for our meal planning. I have found that using my Instant Pot for meal prep has allowed me to spend less time in the kitchen and more time with the family. The dishes that I've tried in the book are Kalua-Style Pork & Cabbage, BBQ Pulled Pork & Sliders with Sweet Potatoes, and so much more. I'm looking to add this book to our kitchen as soon as it's published later this year.

I want to thank Netgalley and the author for gifting me the ebook. This was a wonderful cookbook! The recipes seem very easy to follow and the Ingredients are easy to find.
The pictures were beautiful and I cannot wait to try some of these recipes! Highly recommend for those who like to cook.

You need both an air fryer and an instant pot or pressure cooker to take full advantage of this cookbook, but if you have both then this is one of the better meal prep cookbooks out there. It’s full of pictures and very helpful prep instructions for weekly meal plans. Coco Morante is a trusted name in instant meal recipes for a reason.
