What a perfectly seasonal read! It was such a classic story of trying to prove the existence of santa! reality and magic is mixed in this wonderful story!

A cute Christmas story with a. happy ending, but not the one you expect. Nine year old Meagan sets out to prove that Santa is real by filming him. Her bitter teacher who is about to retire is guilty of trying to break Meagan’s belief in Santa. Meagan’s dad, who was fired two weeks before Christmas is determined to set up the scene that Meagan is to film. Will his marriage survive with the cost that he pays? Does Meagan still believe in Santa?

This book was hard to get into but fairly enjoyable overall once I was able to really make headway.
George is a hard character to really like. There doesn't seem to be much closure at the end except for the director and the teacher - and they are not the ones I'm curious about.
