Thanks NetGalley for the arc. I’m giving this a 3.75. It’s creative, relevant, character-driven, and infuses a lot of Korean culture that I didnt know about. I liked the lore about the dragons. And I was rooting for the characters. I’m always a sucker for a good time travel tale so this was really fun.

I did think the story was cute. I found the pacing to be really slow and it didn’t really grab my attention. Time travel books are not my favorite. I think that’s what made it hard for me to really get into the story.
Thank you NetGalley, Kylie and Macmillan Children's Publishing Group for the eARC!

I liked this book. It reminded me of Loki and the TVA in a good way but had I not seen that show, I’d have found the world building a bit confusing. As with many time travel stories, the world building / magic system is usually a little flimsy and the reader needs to suspend their disbelief. I think I wrote off a lot of the glossed over parts of the magic in this because I really enjoyed the banter and the cute romance.
I also didn’t love a certain detail of the ending. I wanted more and was a bit disappointed. I have hope that there might be a sequel that corrects for this but I believe this is a standalone.
I love this author and would definitely keep reading her books. If this became a series, I would also keep reading.

romance: 3/10 (there was like an almost kiss?)
cursing: 4/10 (apparently f-ck is used twice? At least that’s what my kindle search says. As well as semi-frequent minor curse words)
violence: 5/10 (children get yeeted off an amusement park ride in one of the first scenes…so that’s fun. Also it was weirdly descriptive, like the rest of the writing was so dry and then suddenly you hear the wet thuds of bodies hitting the concrete 🤨🤨🤨)
tw: blood, death
first person, present tense
–OVERVIEW–
I’m going to be brutally honest. This really, truly sucked.
I wanted to love this so bad. But it just didn’t hit.
There were so many things that fell flat for me. The world building was worse than when redheads wear orange. The prose was like wet socks. The dialogue was more dull than soggy toast I’m sorry to say.
I’m one of those dorks who love time travel romance. I can even handle when the time travel doesn’t make the most sense, but this made less sense to me than why people like Powerless.
Redeemable qualities?
none
I should be more optimistic, but I seriously can’t think of anything I liked abt this book besides the FMC’s name, Mina.
I don’t typically hate on books, and I especially don’t hate on authors. SO I’m definitely not hating on her.
But maybe a little advice:
Please, the info dumping was too much.
Maybe next time make consistency your friend?
Work on characters who aren’t so self serving and actually likeable?
From the first page I knew I wasn’t going to enjoy this book.
The writing is not something I enjoyed reading, and worse, throwing us into the Strait of Magellan without a life vest???
Forget the deep end of the pool.
–PLOT–
Girl, I wish I could tell you.
–CHARACTERS-
Mina
⤷ why is she literally the worst FMC I’ve ever read besides Autumn Davis from If He Had Been With Me?
Everyone Else
⤷ No you don’t understand, no one else matters besides Mina, she’s the only one worthy of a true story here.
–CONCLUSION–
No.

A beautifully written fantasy romance mixed in with time travel and coming of age. Highly reccomend if you are looking for something a little more light hearted and whimsical.

Thank you so much for the arc!
This was such a fun and dreamy read. It was really unique and felt so refreshing to read about a world and magic that is very different than what’s trending in the book world right now.
This definitely felt like umbrella academy meets a kdrama and it was absolutely spectacular.
Mina was such a great FMC and I loved rooting for her. I found it so funny how she’s usually pretty calm but was always a bit testy and stern with Yejun. Their romance is very endearing.
The ending did feel a bit rushed, with things wrapping up in a way that felt too easy. I would have wanted it to be a bit more fleshed out and stressful.
Overall I loved this story and am genuinely so impressed with how Kylie Lee Baker was able to wrap up every loose end. I feel like that’s such a hard thing to accomplish in a book about time travel.

My first arc! I enjoyed the premise of where this takes place and the time traveling aspects with the two characters. It's a YA cute romance with the twist of these descendants that came from dragons that go to fix the timeline when things get messed up (it gives me Loki from the MCU vibes with the TVA) The world is definitely intricate and for me it definitely felt confusing that it took me out of the story a bit. The chapters were a little long, but I thought that Yejun and Mina had cute banter throughout like him bringing her cheesecake. Some small surprises towards the end. My main critique is the pacing of everything and I wish that the time traveling aspects in the world were more concise.
Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for the eArc in exchange for an honest review.

Thank you NetGalley for this arc. This was such an adorable and funny read. I liked the time travel parts and just felt overall it was a cozy comfy fantasy. I loved it.

This was such a fun read. I love a plot with time travel! The character development was top notch, I really liked the FMC, Mina, and how she came into herself. Also, really enjoyed the Asian representation. Thanks so much for this ARC!!

What an incredible book! Wow! I was immediately hooked by the concept alone and it did not disappoint. I really loved everything about it- the plot, the romance, the action. Truly so happy that I found this book and am so grateful to Netgalley and the publishers for allowing me to read this book so early!
Again, thank you to NetGalley for an arc copy because without them I don’t know if I would have found this book and it truly was such a good time! I loved everything about this!
Reading this book felt like watching a movie. The plot was so interesting and unique. Time travel and the butterfly effect?? Done absolutely amazingly. I’ll admit sometimes I was little confused but not in a bad way- just in that everything comes full circle so I think you’re supposed to be a little confused for a bit!
The romance had me giggling- so adorable.
The plot twists?! WOW.
I am so glad I found this book because it’s not my typical genre but I had an amazing time reading this, truly! Evey time I had to put the book down I was thinking about it. Addictive!

This book had some unexpected twists! I was pleasantly surprised with this book and author. This is the first book I have ever read by Kylie Lee Baker and I was not disappointed! She did a phenomenal job tying this story together. Bringing culture and romance and folklore together and wrapping it beautifully in this book. It carried the right amount of angst throughout to keep you fully engaged with the characters and plot. I will definitely be recommending this book!

I'll Find You Where the Timeline Ends is a unique young adult story that follows the main character Mina who is a descendant of dragon time travelers. The descendent agents are tasked with taking care of the timeline and ensuring that rogue time travels don't change the original timeline. Mina is training to be an agent and has always known that this is what she will do with her life. However, her worldview is challenged by the shadow of her sister and the charming rogue who has set his sights on her. This story challenges our main character's worldview and forces her to find herself and look within for strength.
This book is perfect for young adults and adults alike! The story shows how small choices made in our everyday lives create a lasting ripple effect with consequences both big and small. The characters are interesting and believable and take you on a journey through time and space. Each scenario is unique and interesting and ties into itself keeping you alert to all the small details in the book.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for an interesting coming-of-age story, a standalone book, with magical realism and charming characters. I truly enjoyed going on Mina's journey!
Thank you to Feiwel & Friends Publishing and Kylie Baker for the Advance Reader Copy of the book.

This is one of the most boring books I’ve read. I hardly DNF books, but here I am, DNFing at 30%. Why? For numerous reasons.
1. WORLDBUILDING: It’s nonexistent. Like nothing is explained besides like the few details we’re given about time-traveling that are very confusing and hardly help. Like a clone of someone showed up before we were told what they are?
2. CHARACTERS: Way too many side characters and the main characters were unmemorable. I didn’t feel connected to them at all.
3. WRITING: It felt so choppy and the run-on sentences were so annoying.
4. PLOT: The time-traveling made no sense and it seemed so dumb and the descendants felt so naive for going along with it. Also, it was the same during the part I read, the FMC’s mentor and her going on a mission, her at school, her being overwhelmed, her thinking about her sister, repeat. The same loop over and boring again gets old realllll quick.

One of my favorite things about Kylie Lee Baker is her ability to create such unique settings and stories. Her characters are so tangible, which makes her storytelling so skillful and fun to read.
Mina was a fantastic protagonist, and I loved learning about her through her motivations and the love she had for her family. Yejun was also a really fun character, and the dynamic between him and Mina was excellent. I do think the dialogue was a little simplistic, but this is a YA fantasy and it delivers in terms of plot and characterization.
The plot was really engaging, and I love that it tied mythology together with time travel - the whole urban fantasy setup was wonderfully unique. Baker also did a great job setting up the time-travel plot and explaining the different setups, though the details were confusing at times.
As always, Kylie Lee Baker did a beautiful job writing about a girl trying to find her place in a world not necessarily made for her. I'll Find You Where The Timeline Ends is a whimsical YA debut that new and old fans will love. Thank you so much to NetGalley and MacMillan Children's for the eARC!

Mina, you are stressing me out 😅 she was constantly tripping and eating and late and lying. All in all, that was a really cute and sweet time travel love story. I loved the Korean setting and the dragon backstory too. Very unique!
Thank you to the author and NetGalley for this advanced copy!

I'll Find You Where the Timeline Ends has a strong premise with time travel and romance, but the pacing drags at times, and the story doesn’t fully capture your attention. It’s a decent read, but it doesn't quite leave a lasting impression.

Thank you, NetGalley, Macmillan Children’s Publishing Group, and Feiwel & Friends, for allowing me to read this book early. The opinion in this review is my own.
Mina is a time traveler and works for the Descendants, who work towards maintaining the timeline. Things change when Mina notices discrepancies in the timeline, and she begins to question everything. This timeline is heavily impacted by the “butterfly effect”. Mina meets Yejun and Jihoon, who add so much charm and humor to the story.
This book is an emotional sci-fi romance with a great atmosphere and lots of whimsy. The characters are sweet and funny, but also with lots of depth and layers. Mina is morally grey and imperfect. The plot was entertaining and would turn on a dime. Just when you think you've got it figured out, it shifts. Once you get into the flow of it, you want to enjoy the ride. It’s a perfect blend of time travel, dragons, and magic. I highly recommend this book, especially for YA fans, and it’s an accessible way to get into sci-fi/fantasy.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC copy of this book💖
What a well written time-travel story!! The writing was extremely easy to follow and was very descriptive. Some parts I did feel like were dragged out a bit but overall the world building and story telling were well done.
Mina did start to annoy me a bit in the middle of the book but towards the end when things started being revealed it got better. Yejun was my favorite character so I wished we got a POV from him.
Overall it was a fun time and I’d recommend if you’re looking for a fast paced YA fantasy thats easy to follow!
Jihoon deserves the world <3

huge thank you to netgalley and the publisher for this ARC!
i loved this read and i was absolutely hooked from the start!
the time travel aspect of this story was very well written, especially the showing of butterfly effects from even the smallest changes. the echos though were a tad confusing at the beginning but it was fun to figure it out as i read on.
mina was also an amazing lead character!! i adored her and yejun’s banter throughout the book.
this is a book i’d definitely recommend for those who are looking for a cute YA read with some sci-fi / fantasy elements

I’ll Find You Where the Timeline Ends by Kylie Lee Baker is one of those books that completely pulls you in and doesn’t let go. It felt like I was living in the story - not just reading it. The emotions, the atmosphere, the way everything unfolded - it all felt so real and immersive.
What I loved most was how the story kept twisting in unexpected ways. Every time I thought I understood what was happening, something would shift, and it made the whole thing feel alive. It wasn’t just about surprise - it was about depth. The characters and the choices they made stuck with me.
I’d definitely recommend this one to anyone who wants a story that stays with you - not just for the plot, but for how deeply human it feels.
