Praying with Saint Nicholas: A Christmas Devotional by Matt Mikalatos is a wonderful collection of daily devotionals for the Advent season that I truly enjoyed.

When I found this book that had a collection of prayers, devotionals, and historical references and stories that were focussed on the life and history of Saint Nicholas, I knew I had to read it. No, I did not wait till the potential December 1st start date for the 25 entries, and I do not think that it changed any of the inspiration, hope, and awe that I received in reading it. I loved learning more about a beloved Saint, and there were several entries and prayers that really spoke to me.

I definitely recommend this book for anyone that wants to grow closer to the Christian faith, history, and that wants another avenue to grow in their relationship with God.
