This book has all the info you will need about GLP-1s and more!! This is a product I have been considering since finding out that I'm insulin resistant and after reading more about it, I'll be discussing with my doctor.
Thank you for writing such a comprehensive guide to a product many people fear. Once you are educated, the fear goes away.

The Everything Guide to GLP-1s was a great book for someone currently on the weight loss journey, in addition to utilizing the medication for diabetes purposes. I found this to be a great resource and a book that I know I will refer to again and again. It was so nice to read something that made me think I could actually follow the recommendations, while providing context as to the "why" we should be incorporating certain elements into our diets. Kudos to the author for providing a book that felt like it was written directly for me!

Pretty much everything you ever wanted to know about GLP-1 medications.
So many just prescribe these medications without giving you any realistic ways to maintain the loss of weight. Some of the questions a patient may have is, "what are the side effects?" "Will long term use be dangerous?" and most importantly, "what can I eat while taking this?"
Those answers and more can be found here. I wish I had this book a year ago when I was guessing and experimenting with foods I could eat or which would cause more nausea.

This was a book full of great information. It was very easy to read and I would highly recommend it.

I am fascinated with the topics of GLP-1's due to the fact that I have many overweight friends and family members, and I myself have lyme disease. I'm not only interested in the weight-loss components, but the anti-inflammatory possible benefits. This guide was incredibly detailed and had so many recipes in the back, I think it would take me 6 months to make them all! I was especially interested in a chocolate mug cake recipe. I also enjoyed how for each recipe, it explained elements like fiber, turmeric, oregano, etc., and different health benefits instead of just listing the recipes with no explanation.
I will definitely recommend it to family and friends!

I felt like a novice before I read this book. It provides a great overview of the subject and is also a good resource for added recipes for those using GLP1s.
If you are looking into beginning to use this form of treatment to combat obesity, this might be a book to consider reviewing before you make your decision. The book carries you through all the steps you may encounter from the start to the end.

I am so thankful to have found this book! As someone who is taking a GLP-1 it has been really difficult to navigate and this book really broke it down and made it very understandable and makes it feel very easy to manage now. I loved that the book included meal plans and recipe suggestions that are very flexible and easy to follow for day to day life.

Thankyou for the opportunity of reading this informative book. I have just started on the GLP-1 weight loss journey. This book has a lot of information that will now assist me i. My journey. A bit of technical information is included and that is very interesting to read. What to eat and what it means when you don’t eat enough and how this can hi der the weight loss. There are many many recipes to guide you through as well.
I am very grateful to be able to read this now at the start of my journey. I hope it will give me the information I need to be successful.

Not a large book but everything you need to know in a condensed book.
Well researched and hopeful. The strength of this book is definitively the easy recipes ar the end.
This book is a must read.

As someone who is not only just looking to go on a GLP-1, but also change their eating habits for the better, I found this book to be an incredible resource in how GLP-1s came to be, what they actually ARE, and how they work, so I now have an easy understanding of them.
This book also provides information on foods not to eat, how to create healthy habits surrounding food whilst on GLP-1, and little tips and tricks to remember.
Also, the recipes look amazing!
I’ll definitely be getting this book when it comes out in print and I’ve gained a lot of knowledge by reading this. As someone who is looking to go on a GLP-1, I thought I knew a lot about it already, but this has given me even more insight!

I loved how comprehensive this book was. It's full of super helpful information and presented in an easy-to-understand form. The recipes are a great addition.
