It is not a spoiler to say that “Runs In the Family” is about a man who finds his birth father & discovers he was in his life all along. Deland’s journey of self-discovery is what keeps you reading, waiting for the shoe to drop. It takes a bit longer than I wanted, but you will want tissues at the end. Love. Adoption. Family. Struggle. Football. An excellent and unbelievable story.
