Offering a "big picture" of divine revelation, Graeme Goldsworthy's In These Last Days: The Dynamics of Biblical Revelation underscores the importance of the historical nature of divine revelation. God is not static; he acts in history, which is why not all parts of Scripture relate in exactly the same way to other portions of Scripture. I really enjoy his interpretation about our last days.
