Little sarcastic, little funny, lotta good information.
Great book.
Thanks to author, publisher and Netgalley for the chance to read this book. While I got the book for free it had no bearing on the rating I gave it.

I thought some of these chapters and revelations were interesting, but overall I was expecting a bit more of a general overview and discussion. This was a bit more of a personal essay and while I enjoyed certain parts, I was hoping for a little bit more discussion around religion and mental health.
