This is a really cute and funny children's book. These children fill in when musicians are needed for a parade. The rhyming nature of this book makes it all the more catchy.

This is a lively story about cooperation and community, told in verse. It was so much fun watching the different people in the neighborhood drop what they were doing when they were called to help. At the end of the day, everyone is tired and happy and they all feel like they belong.
Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this

Lovely children's story about the importance of community and the roles each individual can play. Appreciate the availability of translated children's picture books and the illustrations in this are particularly gorgeous -- filling pages with brightly colored and whimsical images.

A fun time that reminds us that it is important to help other people in our community! Kids will enjoy the way adults help in silly ways.

I truly enjoyed this book, it was a fun read. I will be using this in my classroom. It offers a great story of how we can all help one another no matter what our job is in life and that everyone can use a helpful hand.

Netgalley ARC - 3.75 rounded up - This is a fun musical romp with lyrical text that keeps the story moving, but I feel that the ending was sort of lackluster and I'm not sure we got anything out of the buildup.

A fun and quirky picture book about community. This book feels so important in these times. It's so important to remember empathy and community as it's part of what makes humanity so wonderful. This story had a great rhythm, most of the rhymes flowed smoothly, and there was some great repetition. I think this would be a great read-aloud and it's an important story to share. It does focus on a Jewish teaching (this is a text from an imprint that focuses on Jewish culture and texts) , though as a public librarian to a community that has many different religions, the story is also just a nice story to read to learn about empathy and community that I would use regularly.
