Colleen Bryant presides over Club Inferno. The successful businesswoman and sex instructor has built an empire that caters to an elite crowd, but now she finds herself longing for something a bit more ordinary: a man to love. She’s not sure how to find someone who will accept what she does for a living—or the kinks that drive her wild—until her old flame, ex-pro football player Chase Fairwood comes back into her life. Together they partake in some seriously HOT scenes!

Fever by Jamie K. Schmidt was a well written story of two people coming together in the next chapter of their lives, a little older a little wiser. Can they make it work?

I have a soft spot for second chance romance and I liked this one a lot. I also love strong heroines that are not over the top, and I really loved Colleen. The chemistry between her and chase was palpable, and I liked how their sexual relationship developed, the tug and war as they explored each other sensuality was both sweet and so hot.
