This book was absolutely what i needed i will continue to read it over and over again! I even purchased a hard copy every day i say now GOD CHOSE ME

This was truly a blessing to read this book and I pray that it reaches millions and will transform lives. I had the privilege to hear the original message in the sermon preached in 2023 at Transformation Conference and I remember being very moved and touched by the message. This book is an extension of the sermon preached from the depths of Charles on that stage several years ago. Charles has always been transparent in his preaching so I know that ai would also get that in this book as well. Sharing your love experience your calling and your gifts is not always easy but I’m glad Pastor Charles stepped out on faith to give us an extension of himself. Amazing book and I can’t say enough about the people that will be uplifted when read.

My absolute favourite book read in the month of April, 2025! I requested for this book because of the name of the author and I was not disappointed.

I love the honest and sincerity with which the author delivers what it means to be chosen by God using his personal stories. He breaks down the myth that you have to be perfect, polished and problem free to be chosen and used by God for a purpose.

Whether you are deep in faith or wrestling with your worth and identity, this book feels like a warm, heartfelt conversation with a friend who has been where you are and is brave enough to tell the truth about it. I have so many takeaway lessons

Thank you Netgalley and Waterbrook publisher. What an honor it was to read God Chose Me by Charles Metcalf III. I watched as Pastor Charles delivered a sermon with this same title. When I discovered he wrote a book with the same title I couldn't wait to read it. This book is amazing. the author is so transparent as he shared stories of his life while also penning a message of encouragement. Regardless of the title, I believe people of all life stages can find something valuable in this book. I'm looking forward to reading more by this author. I give this book a glowing 5 stars.

Not a fan. Could not get into this. I’m not sure exactly why I couldn’t get into this, but it’s the first Christian Living book that I’ve read and couldn’t relate on some level. I thought it would be a great learning experience, but it wasn’t. Not sure how to describe it.
