Through my eyes is a selection of poems written by Bianca Sharp.
Written in the face of the darkest depressions and struggles of mental health the poems are incredibly raw, and of course heavy. The poetry is brave and raw and provides a window into Bianca’s heaviest moments.
This is not a light read, but I am grateful to have had the opportunity to read Bianca’s poems.

Through My Eyes is a raw and deeply personal collection of poetry that gives an unfiltered look into the struggles of mental health. Each poem carries a weight of emotion—pain, resilience, and ultimately, hope—that makes you pause and reflect. What I loved most about this book is its honesty; it doesn’t try to sugarcoat the experience of mental illness, but instead turns struggle into something powerful and relatable. If you’ve ever battled your own demons or know someone who has, this book will speak to you in a way that feels deeply human.

This book? It hits you right in the soul. 💥 Through My Eyes isn’t just poetry—it’s a battle cry, a confession, and a lifeline all wrapped into one. Every page is dripping with raw emotion, making you feel like you’re standing in the storm with the author, fighting alongside them. It’s not always pretty, but it’s REAL, and that’s what makes it so powerful. If you want a book that makes you feel, makes you think, and maybe even makes you cry a little—grab this one. You won’t regret it. 🖤📖✨
