This second book has definitely much more hot scenes than the first one. And if you are really into spanking and dominance you will enjoy it. Renee stays faithful to delivering hot kinky stories with character, depth and emotional peaks.

This is the second book in the Bossman Series. Renee does not disappoint. She writes some sexy scenes for sure. Loved this storyline and the characters. On to book three.

I loved reading the exciting and enthralling romance story. Lexi Tyler's sugar daddy ends up being the handsome, sexy Mobster Bobby Manghini. As Lexi and Bobby become closer and feelings develop, Bobby continues the charade letting Lexi believe he is married. When Lexi finds out Bobby is not married, she feels used and hurt. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written erotic romance, and a must read love story.

This was a hot read . Very sexy with some bdsm elements. Enjoyed this story!

'Mob Mistress' by Renee Rose Is Book Two in "The Bossman" Series. This is the story of Lexi Tyler and Bobby Manghini. I haven't read the previous book "The Bossman" so for me this was a standalone book.
Lexi is having money trouble after having a bunch of doctor bills which has put her behind on her rent and her shop rent. Her friend Gina, who manages the Plush nightclub. Gina said a regular named Bobby would make a good "Sugar Daddy' for her. Bobby doesn't want to get married again and likes having mistress who he can put up in apartments and when he is done with them he can just leave...not attachments He finds Lexi beautiful and takes her on to be his "Sugar Baby". They have a hot and heavy relationship but they are both starting to have feeling for the other.

I enjoyed this book. It's not often you read a book with a Magia character that doesn't focus on the typical mafia crime dealings and crimes scenes. This book proves you don't need the violence

WOW what a hot sizzling read by author Renee Rose. Mob Mistress is book two in the The Bossman Series. The intense chemistry shared between Bobby and Lexi is dynamite. The hot sexy mobster Bobby takes Lexi under his protection when she needs it most. She is being evicted from her apartment and isn't able pay the rent where she had her chair working as a hair dresser I couldn't help but fall in love with Bobby he was so tender and sweet towards Lexi. The sex scenes between them were AMAZING. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book from beginning to end. I hope there is more to come. I received and advance readers copy thru netgallery for my review.

There wasn't anything wrong with this book in terms of grammar or flow of the story. The characters weren't very deep as I don't really know much about them other than Bobby is part of the Mafia and has two daughters while Lexi is a hair stylist with bad debt. Their personalities and anything outside of just the surface elements are pretty much glossed over. Maybe that's why I found the scenes between the two a bit boring. I prefer books where I'm really in their heads so when the fun parts happen it's super hot. I didn't reach that level with this book.

I would have liked to hear a little bit more of what Bobby's life is like in the Mafia. Seeing him interact with others and not just Lexi and his daughters would have been great. Even to see him with other women so you know it's different with Lexi would have helped quite a bit.

I think the author is talented, just needs to go a bit deeper and utilize more details. The magic is in the details.

I love Renne Rose and she has written an awesome erotic piece here. I loved it, even more than the first book in the series,even more than anything she has written before. One I would love to have in paperback to flick to my favourite moments again and again, so hot so many butterflies. Submission done so beautifully
My only quibble is the ending was rushed

This was my first book by this author. I didn't know what to expect going into it, but I did enjoy it. The characters were well developed, and while not "good guys" were likable. I liked that it was slightly humorous as well as sizzling hot. I look forward to reading more by this author.

This was a very quick read with one hot mob boss, Bobby, and a down-on-her-luck hair stylist, Lexi. Lexi's friend tells her of a way to get the money she needs to get out of debt and also find a place to live after being evicted. That way requires her to be the mistress of Bobby, in return he will shower her with gifts and money and she will be at his beck and call whenever he likes. It's a pretty sleezy way of getting the money, but it worked for them, so who am I to judge?

Bobby is a dominant alpha male who loves to spank and take control, but also has a soft side that wants to take care of Lexi more than he has his previous mistresses. He was actually pretty sweet a lot of times, when he wasn't jumping to conclusions of course.

Lexi was just an okay character for me. She appeared pretty shallow and claimed she wanted an actual relationship with Bobby, yet she was still all about the money it seemed, especially in the end when she refuses to move to his house and still wants to live in his apartment where she'll continue getting all the gifts. I just didn't get her reactions. And the reaction to finding out he wasn't married was just ludicrous in my opinion.

This book is 80% sex, 20% actual plot, so be warned - and the scenes are really brief at that, so we don't get a feel for how a character is really feeling, just the basic facts of the act. It just didn't allow me to make the connection with them that I'd like. Granted, this is a novella, so only so much can fit. I think there could have been fewer intimate encounters, while expanding on their growing relationship. The sex was really hot though, so it at least had that going for it.

I liked this book, but thought that there could've been more character and plot development. While Bobby and Lexi have amazing chemistry and lots of sexy times, it felt strange that they just jumped into a relationship right off the bat. Notwithstanding this, I thought the book was good overall.

Ok, I enjoyed Mob MIstress. Bobby's inner dialogue showed a softer side than the tough, in control outward appearance he gave. I enjoyed his banter with his daughters. However, with Lexi, I didn't get to know her..aside from being a hairdresser, I didn't get much of a sense of who she is.
Insta sexy times, that are written well. I look forward to reading the next in this series

This book was so good! I'm so glad that I finally was able to read this book since I've already read the 1st and 3rd book in this series. There was some mention of the couple that was in the 1st book, but I didn't feel confused because I did read it out of order. I feel that this book could be read as a standalone.

I really enjoyed all the aspects of this book. The story was well-written, I liked the BDSM/domestic discipline aspect of the story. In fact, one of Renee Rose's books was what got me to discover and enjoy reading about the domestic discipline subgenre of the BDSM genre.
