Unfortunately this book wasn't really my jam. I'm sure other people will really enjoy it though! Thank you for the opportunity to review it!

A short novella to setup the Mary Hades series. I enjoyed the gothic nature of the story but was a little confused as to the setting. It was not made clear that this story was set in England. It was pretty predictable and I wish we were given more information on the fire that started Mary on this path.
