I loved this, it was absolutely breathtaking and the art is amazingly beautiful. I really enjoyed my time with this. Thank you so much for the arc and allowing me to read this.

To have this book in manga form is absolute chef's kiss. This manga adaptation is pretty good. The original is very long, so a lot had to be removed to make it fit in a single very thick manga volume.

Les Miserables is one of my all time favorite plays so when I got this for review ibwas super excited! I am sadly giving this one only four stars because even though it is understandable that they changed some facts and shortened some scenes I still was not all too happy about some of the changes. Of course I still love the play in manga form and had fun reading it this way but some of those little things just got to me.

I love the art in this and the fact that the book is condensed enough without losing the story. Really, I'm glad this version exists because I think kids will really gravitate to it and it will help them understand Hugo's tome of a book.
