Three dead women. One charming psychopath. And a revenge plan that doesn’t stop just because you’ve stopped breathing.

Ask for Andrea flips the typical psychological thriller on its head. Told from the perspectives of Meghan, Brecia, and Skye; three women murdered by the same man, it’s a supernatural twist on true crime tropes that’s as gutting as it is empowering.
They're not helpless victims; they're angry, ghostly avengers with unfinished business.

What I Loved:
* The alternating POVs were distinct and emotional, each woman a fully realised person rather than just another “true crime case.”
* The blend of psychological suspense and supernatural justice was so satisfying—think The Lovely Bones with a revenge arc.
* That slow-burn dread of knowing exactly what the villain is capable of... and watching him think he’s still safe.

This was my first read by Noelle W. Ihli and it most definitely won't be my last!

This is one of those thrillers that makes you angry, hopeful, and totally engrossed from page one. If you love your suspense with a ghostly twist and justice from beyond the grave, don’t miss this one.

This ended up being not the book for me as a reader but I think others will enjoy it more. You never know when to take things literally or not in a synopsis but in this case, you do. The haunting aspect isn’t for me personally.

I couldn’t put down this great thriller. I loved the multi-point of view chapters. Pick this one up for a quick, engrossing thrill.

I enjoyed this. I think that telling the story from the victims perspectives was a really interesting take and a really exciting way to tell the story, I almost wish this had been longer to get more into detail, like I wish there was a James perspective so that the reader could hear his inner most thoughts. I loved all three girls and April, and their kids and I am so glad everyone found peace in their own way. This was a really interesting read.

I cannot recommend this book enough!! My favourite read so far this year. The author is building such a compelling story and interesting characters, and the concept - the ghosts of murder victims coming to terms with their death, their “life” as a ghost, the continuing actions of the serial killer who killed them (I obviously don’t want to give too much away) - is just brilliant.

I was so emotionally invested in the characters, each is written with such a unique voice, so perfectly crafted.

But the suspense at the end!! When I tell you I couldn’t put this book down as I reached the end. I was up till 1am reading! And I am not kidding - my watch alerted me to detecting “an increased heart rate while at rest” as the suspense ramped up.

Absolutely brilliant. As I said cannot recommend enough.

First, thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the copy of Ihli's latest book.

I was immediately intrigued by the way the story was told. I felt that it was unique and fresh. I liked the different point of views, and the story was both stressful but satisfying. The ending was well done and I absolutely would recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick read.

I gave this book 5 stars. It was an easy read. The story revolves around a man who uses a dating app to meet women. However, he drugs, rapes, and kills the women he encounters through the app. Three of the murdered women unite to stop him from harming others. One of these women, whom he killed, follows him on his dates in an attempt to prevent him from killing the women he is seeing.

I have been super into Noelle's books since you can binge these in a day! The premise of three murdered women who make it their mission to get their murderer convicted really intrigued me, and gave me " Sixth Sense" vibes . I loved listening to this one on audio and spent an entire day doing so! While I don't think this is the best thriller I have ever read, I enjoyed it :)

This is a thriller told by ghosts. Brecia and Meghan met the handsome and charming James Carson through a dating app, Skye met him at the coffee shop where she made him hot chocolates. All three of them never get home again. But their ghosts remain and haunting James is what they do. It is a race against time when the police finally start looking into one of the murders and James feels the walls closing in.

There are three different perspectives throughout the book. At times, I had to read on sometimes before I knew who, exactly, was speaking. The women are all likable. The men in this book don't come off as well. There's a male police officer who seems to not take evidence seriously and, of course, James.

In case we need a reminder, this book shows that evil can look like anyone, and you never know who you're getting in a car with. There are dangers lurking where you least expect them. Even handsome, polite men with nice families can be your worst nightmare. And if that handsome, polite man is your partner? Wake up and believe the evidence.

Something I liked that the author did was explaining how the ghosts interacted with the world. It helped with the many questions a reader might have: can they talk to people? can they go through walls? can they touch anything? Ghosts have to have rules, too.

My thanks to NetGalley and Tor for the ERC in exchange for an honest review.

This is a thriller that has you waiting until the end to piece it all together. It’s based off an amazing idea to help women and tells the story of these women.

This book is filled with suspense and unexpected twists. While I typically do not gravitate towards supernatural tales, I found "Ask for Andrea" by Noelle W. Ilhi to be quite engaging. The narrative revolves around three women who each encountered the same man on a dating app, only to meet tragic ends at his hands. A determined detective is on a quest to uncover the truth behind their murders. Meanwhile, Meghan, Brecia, and Skye continue to communicate from beyond the grave, adding some genuinely chilling moments to the story.

Honestly this was such a unique plot for thriller with a lot touching upon life after death and the effects of death on family members . This was such a fast paced book I couldn’t put it down for a second. I loved the female element of unity in this with our 3 main characters, and how they all banded together to fight for other women in the same situation they were in. I did know the ending but nevertheless I cannot wait to read more from Noelle in the future !!

Thank you to net galley and Kensington for this copy in exchange for my honest review !

While paranormal books usually aren't my cup of tea "Ask for Andrea" is the absolute exception! This is a great read that I recommend to anyone and everyone!

I had heard SO many good things about this book and I wish I would have read this earlier. It was fantastic! It’d be a really fun bookclub pick.

I like the idea, I like the story written from the deceased point of views, I like the ending buttttt it's not giving the emotional attachment I need. Those three victims also has their own pov but they seem like the same person, talking and thinking about the same thing. I appreciate the idea but it's not my favorite

Ask for Andrea is perfect if you want an emotional ghost-thriller with a slower, haunting vibe. It’s not full-on suspense, but it’s definitely haunting and definitely a mood.

It’s very well written and I love the dark tone. This book is a dark, unique, and chilling supernatural ride. It was a gripping, wildly creative, disturbing, and utterly unforgettable blend of psychological suspense and paranormal horror. This was was much better than I'd anticipated.

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley.

This Book followers 3 MFC POV's. and they all have 2 things in common... They are all dead, and the same guy killed them.

This is not my first book by Noelle W. Ihli and will definitely not be my last.
It story was really interesting reading that side of death. The feelings, the fear and anger, helplessness.
Noelle did some amazing writing capturing those feelings,,, I was easily able to connect with each of the 3 women.
There was also moments in this story that had my heart racing ( which is a good sign for a great book).

This is a thriller like no other... 3 women who have already lost everything, that will stop at nothing to put a end to
one mans killing spree.

Thank you again NetGalley for giving me this opportunity. I look forward to recommending this book to my friends and
followers and can not wait to buy a copy when its released.
