Honestly this was such a unique plot for thriller with a lot touching upon life after death and the effects of death on family members . This was such a fast paced book I couldn’t put it down for a second. I loved the female element of unity in this with our 3 main characters, and how they all banded together to fight for other women in the same situation they were in. I did know the ending but nevertheless I cannot wait to read more from Noelle in the future !!
Thank you to net galley and Kensington for this copy in exchange for my honest review !

While paranormal books usually aren't my cup of tea "Ask for Andrea" is the absolute exception! This is a great read that I recommend to anyone and everyone!

I had heard SO many good things about this book and I wish I would have read this earlier. It was fantastic! It’d be a really fun bookclub pick.

I like the idea, I like the story written from the deceased point of views, I like the ending buttttt it's not giving the emotional attachment I need. Those three victims also has their own pov but they seem like the same person, talking and thinking about the same thing. I appreciate the idea but it's not my favorite

Ask for Andrea is perfect if you want an emotional ghost-thriller with a slower, haunting vibe. It’s not full-on suspense, but it’s definitely haunting and definitely a mood.

It’s very well written and I love the dark tone. This book is a dark, unique, and chilling supernatural ride. It was a gripping, wildly creative, disturbing, and utterly unforgettable blend of psychological suspense and paranormal horror. This was was much better than I'd anticipated.
Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley.

This Book followers 3 MFC POV's. and they all have 2 things in common... They are all dead, and the same guy killed them.
This is not my first book by Noelle W. Ihli and will definitely not be my last.
It story was really interesting reading that side of death. The feelings, the fear and anger, helplessness.
Noelle did some amazing writing capturing those feelings,,, I was easily able to connect with each of the 3 women.
There was also moments in this story that had my heart racing ( which is a good sign for a great book).
This is a thriller like no other... 3 women who have already lost everything, that will stop at nothing to put a end to
one mans killing spree.
Thank you again NetGalley for giving me this opportunity. I look forward to recommending this book to my friends and
followers and can not wait to buy a copy when its released.

Amazing book, it was gripped within the first few chapters and struggled to put this down. Kept me guessing all the way through and genuinely shocked me. If you get the chance to read this book then take it xx

This was my first book by Ihli (how? why?) and I'm so happy to have found a new-to-me thriller writer who delivers! I LOVED this -- vengeful ghosts going after the dude who killed them... SOLD! Super excited to read more books by her!

The main characters in "Ask for Andrea" are fully realized and compelling, which makes the book an engrossing read. Every character seems well-rounded, and their individual motivations and backstories captivate you. There is a noticeable sense of tension, especially during an exciting chase scene that kept me on the tip of my seat (no spoilers!). Anyone who appreciates tragic ghost stories with a dash of revenge and an overall sense of accomplishment should definitely read this novel, in my opinion. It's the ideal balance of mystery, dedication, and a hint of the paranormal.

This dark, unique, and chilling supernatural ride is guaranteed to give you nightmares—and it’ll linger in your mind long after you’ve turned the last page!
Picture this: three seemingly unconnected young women—
Meghan, who recently matched with a Chris Hemsworth lookalike on a dating app, only for her exciting date to spiral into a nightmare she never saw coming.
Brecia, who ghosted a guy after getting a bad feeling and receiving a torrent of abusive text messages—only to hear someone whisper her name from the shadows outside her house.
And Skye, a hopeful college freshman and part-time barista crushing on a mysterious (and hot) older customer—unaware that her life is about to take a deadly turn.
The thread that ties these women together? They’re all dead.
And worse? They were all murdered by the same despicable man.
His name is James Carson—a monster hiding in plain sight. He uses fake names and photos on a dating app called Matchstick to lure unsuspecting women. He’s a married man with two sweet daughters, living a double life as a charming predator. Meghan and Brecia met him through the app. Skye was just tragically unlucky. But he’s not done. He’s still hunting. Still matching. Still planning his next move.
As Brecia’s ghost lingers in the home where James is living with his family, Meghan haunts Domanska—the determined officer who discovered her remains in the woods. And Skye’s spirit watches from the shadows as her divorced parents unravel while trying to uncover the truth about their missing daughter.
Now, these three women must join forces from beyond the grave. Their killer is still out there—and worse, he may be turning his attention toward his own family. The clock is ticking, and their souls won’t rest until they’ve exposed the truth and brought him to justice.
Can they stop him before he claims more lives? Can the dead finally speak loud enough to be heard?
Overall: This is a gripping, wildly creative, disturbing, and utterly unforgettable blend of psychological suspense and paranormal horror. I highly recommend adding this twisted thriller to your radar—it’s one of those stories that grabs you and refuses to let go. I can’t wait to read more from this author!
Huge thanks to NetGalley and Kensington Publishing for providing me with a digital review copy of this brilliant thriller in exchange for my honest thoughts.

This was THE saddest book I have read in a while, I was so surprised! I thought this would be more of a suspenseful mystery but instead it follows the ghosts of three murdered victims and their attempt to stop their murderer from hurting more girls. The story will captivate you but due to the heavy themes, you might need to pause it at times and take a break. The ending was great and overall, the story is so different

This book isn’t your usual thriller... in fact, it flips the genre completely. Most of the story is told from the perspective of women who were murdered by a serial killer, and they stay behind and haunt him. What makes this so fascinating is that you’re following their attempts to stop him from choosing his next victim… all while being stuck as ghosts. It’s one of those books that’s hard to label... it's part thriller, part horror, part literary fiction but never fully any of them. It was fast-paced, emotional, and a wild, fun, gripping ride. My rating isn’t higher purely because of personal taste and expectations. I was hoping for something a little darker, and while it was definitely suspenseful, it didn’t have the kind of plot twists I usually crave (totally get that not every story needs mega twists but it’s just a personal preference). Def recommend this book!

So much fun . A psychological thriller mixed with the Supernatural. Not your typical story . Netgalley and Kensington books publishing sent me this ARC and the book was everything I had dreamed it to be.
As some one that loves both the supernatural and mystery stories as seen as I saw the description I knew this would be a treasure to read. Also this wasn't the first book I had read that Noelli wrote so I knew it would be a treat. I was not disappointed.
Awesome book. At the very beginning I got confused because of the multiple narrators but soon realized how they all interacted and loved the result.
I give it 5 stars . Thank you #Netgalley and #Kensingtonbooks for giving me the ARC so that I could give you my honest review . It was definitely a pleasure.

A fast paced, pulse pounding, ghost story adventure! I've been wanting to read this one for a while now and even though I don't think it really lives up to all the hype, I did enjoy it. The unique perspective, told from the victims who are ghosts now and out for revenge, is what I enjoyed most. Don't expect it to be a twisty thriller, just more of a unique suspenseful ghost story and I think you will be pleased. Looking forward to getting my hands on the new paperback version with deluxe stenciled edges for my collection. My thanks to Kensington Publishing for providing a review copy via NetGalley. All opinions are my own.

This one was three and a half stars, rounded up because I liked the ending - but 60% of the book was alternating perspectives that basically felt like I was reading the same thing, and that was a bit repetitive for me. The three protagonists are engaging but they basically had the same experience, and that first more than half of the book relays each of their murders and coming to terms with their deaths, and it did feel like the same story after a while. Once they discovered each other and the three timelines melded, the book got much more interesting.
I enjoyed the ending and found it quite satisfying, as well as the epilogue which you can find on the other's Instagram page. I'm really getting worn out reading about murdered girls though. I don't know if the Ask for Andrea signs are a universal thing or not, but it's starting to get extremely frustrating to see society come up with multiple ways for women to seek help from dangerous men, rather than doing something to address - or prevent - the problem of dangerous men themselves. 🤷♀️ It's not the author's job to do this, of course, but I do sometimes despair of the marketplace that continues to make an industry out of reading about the murder of girls. Clearly, I read these books too, but still...

A young woman is about to be killed, strangled, by the man she went out with on a date, but at some point, she thinks she has managed to free herself, to escape, only to discover that she is... dead. Thus begins this intriguing novel in which a man, a charming, interesting man, an apparent Prince Charming, goes out with one woman after another using a dating app. He drugs and abuses them in every way, even murdering them. Three women “wake up” as ghosts and set out on his trail, eventually joining forces when they discover that the monster has a wife and two young daughters who are unaware of what is happening and whose lives are in danger. As I said, an intriguing, well-written novel with excellent pacing and interesting ideas. Perhaps the only flaw is that, after giving a clue about a childhood trauma suffered by the serial killer, it then treats it with excessive levity. Apart from that, a truly excellent work.

First off a big thank you to the publisher Kensington Publishing , as well as to the author Noelle W.Ihli and Netgalley for letting me reading Ask For Andrea and let's not forget a big thank you to my friend who's known as Katie Reads on YouTube for convenience me to pick it as well and omg I'm so glad I did because it reminded me of one of my movies I love to watch over and over again and yep it's based on true crime as well , in fact the movie is based on the killings of the Green River killer and the movie this book kept giving me the vibes of in some ways is called
The Capture of the Green River Killer ( 2008), another thing I love was that each of the girls got to tell their story and you could literally feel their emotions as well as the emotions of their loves ones they left behind. So if you haven't picked it up it , what are you waiting for.

Thank you to Netgalley and the Author for this ARC! I loved this book. Between the 3 main POV’s and them following their killer it was definitely a ride! This book was so good but also sad and tragic. I loved how you got to feel the emotions from each of the girls on what happened to each of them and their emotions after being murdered. Having them all end up coming together towards the end to help get their killer arrested was the cherry on top to their horrible stories! I can’t wait to read more from this author!!

Three women. One killer. Death didn’t silence them, it gave them purpose. Ask for Andrea is a haunting, sharply woven thriller where three murdered women come together as ghosts, desperate to stop a killer still on the hunt.
I loved how each woman’s timeline unravels separately, with their own path and past, before colliding in a way that’s both chilling and brilliant. What starts eerie and unsettling builds into full-blown, heart-racing chaos once they finally find each other. Dark, clever, and painfully real, it’s the kind of story that lingers long after the final page! Loved the full-circle ending that ties perfectly back to where it all began. Unforgettable.
