I did not read the first book in this series but I really enjoyed this one! It was pretty unhinged. I was guessing the entire time! This is a good one if you like crazy main characters who lie, cheat, and steal to get what they want. Crazy!

In the middle of her divorce with her current husband, Bob, it seems history could be repeating itself. Bob's one night stand turns up missing. This book is full of unlikeable characters, but somehow you still want to see how it ends. With twists and turns, it seems everything leads back to Kelly Summers' death eleven years earlier. Could Adam have been innocent? Who is kidnapping the women in Bob's life? This book will keep you guessing until the end.

The perfect sequel to a thrilling book. I was hooked from page one and couldn’t put it down. I felt this was a perfect ending to the series without compromising who the main character is at heart.

Super fun and suspenseful read! Listened to it while driving to the beach and it made the time go by super fast. The plot and twists and turns kept me engaged, and I think I’ve just come to the realization that Jeneva Rose is one of my go-to thriller and mystery writers. Definitely wasn’t expecting that ending! As far as the audiobook goes, the narrators were easily distinguishable from each other.

I flew through The Perfect Divorce on audio. I was convinced through most of it that it wouldn’t have as good of a twist as The Perfect Marriage but I was wrong. Just wait for it. While there were many parts of the book that were predictable, the ending was something that I couldn’t predict.

I really enjoyed the full cast for the audiobook. I think it enhanced the listening experience and was really well executed.

The Perfect Divorce was an engaging and fast listen. I am looking forward to the next book (wink wink, I feel like the ending sets it up for it).

Thanks NetGalley for the ARC of this audiobook. I thought this book was decent. I read the first one and I loved it but this one seemed super legal heavy and did not bring that same suspense.

I think I should have read the perfect marriage book first as it took me a while to figure out who was who and there was a great deal of referencing what had happened in the perfect marriage , I would recommend anyone not to read this as a stand alone , too much of what happened in the previous book affected the plot of this one .
There are plenty of rave reviews out there for this book , so I am not in the majority , but it didn’t really work for me .
I found the characters unlikeable , uninteresting and unbelievable , whilst the narrators did a good job, I found there were too many points of view for me to be invested in any of their stories and I found the pace to be slow.
I really struggle to rate this one as I do think my perception was affected by not reading the books in order however I still don’t think I would have enjoyed it, so it’s going to be 3* from me whilst anticipating that for other readers they will have a better experience and it’s just not the book for me.

Jeneva Rose is quickly becoming one of my go-to authors! I absolutely LOVED "The Perfect Marriage", so I did a happy dance when I heard we'd be revisiting the cunning attorney Sarah Morgan in "The Perfect Divorce".

This book did NOT disappoint. I was on board from the first chapter. A decade after Sarah defended her cheating husband in a murder trial, we saw Sarah has remarried and had a child with a fellow attorney. When Sarah realizes her husband has been less than faithful and honest to her, Sarah once again goes into defensive mode, ensuring she once again comes out on top - at any cost.

Amid the ugly divorce proceedings, new evidence is also brought to light about her ex-husband Adam's case, forcing the investigation to be reopened and Sarah back in the public eye. Every move she makes needs to be more calculated as ever as she is determined to once again get justice for the wrongdoings the man in her life has made. Sarah will not allow her husband to make a fool of her, and she will get what she wants in the divorce - whether he likes it or not.

The multiple narrators were amazing and made everything feel even more suspenseful and exciting. I finished this audio in one day because I just kept needing MORE.

I highly recommend reading "The Perfect Marriage" before you pick this one up, but it's a fun ride of devious characters basically trying to out-manipulate each other. Definitely worth it!

Man the audiobook was killer! I loved it! The Perfect Marriage is one of my favorites and this follow up did not disappoint. The narrators were excellent and truly came to entertain. I feel like the physical read would have been just as good and entertaining so I am going to go ahead and recommend them both! I love the way Jeneva writes, her twists are always so damn twisty and I always feel like I need popcorn every single time. Once I started it, there was no stopping. It’s addicting, entertaining, and twisty… I dare you to pick this up or listen to it and not want to binge it. If she keeps writing books for this story line… I’ll keep reading and listening. Another five star read/listen for me! The Perfect Divorce is out now!

I loved this book! I had never read the first one, but I definitely want to now. It was a wild ride and a great suspenseful story. I think that it would be a lot better to read the first book in the series first, but you are able to read and enjoy the story without the information from the first one.

Unfortunately, I was not a fan of this book. I found it rushed, and could not get into it. I received the audiobook and honestly just did not like the narration. This may have played apart of being so uninterested in the story. I will likely try to read this again, perhaps the physical copy.

This sequel was such a perfect addition to the series. It definitely closes a lot of doors and finalizes the entirety of the story very well. I could have done without the last couple of chapters, I think it would have set up for any additional possible books? The narrator was excellent! The chosen characters/voice actors were amazing! Highly recommend overall and have already posted a review on all of my socials. Thank you!

The audiobook features fantastic narration and the same level of twists and turns offered in The Perfect Marriage. I think books like this are really fun, and this one did a good job of keeping me on my toes. A great escape!

The narration for this book is top-notch. It is easy to listen to. However, the characters and the plot were lacking. I cared nothing for the characters, thus making it difficult for me to care what became of them and the plot. I plugged on because there was so much hype around it, but it just did not work fo me. There were too many characters, with no development and the plot was all over the place. Also, by the time I got this galley, I had already gotten it from my library, so not an advanced copy after all. Rant over. Thank you.

Jeneva Rose did it again! The Perfect Divorce pulled me in from the very first chapter—fast-paced, twisty, and just messy enough to feel real. It’s been 11 years since The Perfect Marriage, and Sarah Morgan is back, sharper and more cunning than ever. I loved seeing how her character evolved, especially now as a mom with even more to lose (and maybe more to hide 👀).

The drama unfolds quickly—cheating, missing people, a reopened murder case—and I was hooked watching it all unravel. The legal twists were wild, and the tension between past and present made me fly through the chapters. I guessed a few things, but the ending still left me reeling in the best way.

If you liked The Perfect Marriage or love domestic thrillers with smart, flawed women at the center, this one’s worth your time. Jeneva Rose is on my auto-read list now.

If Jeneva writes it, then I am devouring it. This audio was incredible. She is a phenomenal story teller. I was so ready for this follow up to her last book and it did not disappoint at all.

I’m still a bit in shock to what I just listened to! This was such a great book. If you’re looking for a good book with twists and turns, then this one will leave you guessing. It really was just pure genius. The audiobook was really great to listen to because there was such a great cast of narrators. They really brought the book to life. I want to be Sarah Morgan when I grow up because she is really just an amazing character.
