Keynan Masters is back for another adventure and picks up the story close to the ending of the first. I was pretty excited to return to this world to learn what comes next. I was not disappointed in this latest effort. DaVaun Sanders continues to build a world full of mystery, friends, and rhymes. This middle-grade story was cute and fun; I think middle school kids will enjoy it. I have to say that Kenyan is a main character I struggled to like, but his indecisive nature, although infuriating, is such a middle schooler brain in full operation.
