I’m a huge Jake Cohen fan and this cookbook was everything! From the recipes broken down by party type, the stories added in, and the stunning photography, this will be one cookbook I refer back to many, many times to cook from. I’m already planning the unstuffed cabbage recipe for tomorrow’s dinner!

This is a fun cookbook for foodies who want to start throwing dinner parties. Cohen is apparently big on social media and has a lot of famous friends, and he has a fun style. There is a photo for every recipe but no nutritional information. It’s in the format of lots of dinner party themes and then the recipes for that theme. While there is a vegan and gluten free menu, most of the recipes involve a lot of gluten and animal products. Do be prepared to do some real cooking, even making your own bagels.

I loved Jake’s other cookbooks and I just knew I’d love this one! I can’t wait to traditionally purchase this one too and display it next to his others! we need more Jewish cookbooks cooking Jewish inspired foods that isn’t only for the holidays! The pictures are beautiful and everything looks delicious! I can’t wait to invite all my friends over to try these recipes

There is a section of this book that has dinner party conversation starters and prompts and I am so here for it! They are fun and would be such a great addition to a party and what a way to ease any nerves. The way the book is laid out is by different types of dinner parties. On the first page of that section, there is a menu, a shopping list, and ways to prep ahead of time. This is a game changer and something I would absolutely use because it's impossible to prep everything the day of. What an excellent way of presenting the information and preparing your readers to become hosts. There's a dinner party that's theme is Green (lots of veg). Pita party! Gobble Gobble...so many different options. I was surprised by how long the book went on, impressed by all of the bases covered. I am so excited to try a lot of these recipes.
