I really enjoyed this one. It's always fun to see the characters interact and face new challenges, and this installment has plenty of them. As always, Ben and Erica make a great duo, and I love every scene with them together. I found both of their internal struggles intriguing, and I wonder if Ben's challenges are leading him toward a specific direction within the CIA. It’s always fun to see Erica confront her emotions, especially regarding her complicated family dynamics. I also appreciated the added depth to Trixie's character. As always, I can't wait for the next one!

I thought this was a well-written thirteenth installment in the series. The book's humor was consistent and very age-appropriate and the mystery was plotted well. Lots of little plot twists that keep the story interesting. It's also cool to see the characters continue to develop after so many books..

It's amazing that we're thirteen books in this series and still going strong, it had that concept that I was looking for and enjoyed the overall storyline. I enjoyed the spy school element that was happening in this book. It uses the children's fiction elements and enjoyed how this uses the storyline from the previous book. Stuart Gibbs was able to continue to write a strong story and characters that I was wanting and enjoyed the overall feel.

No matter how old I get, the Spy School series always does it for me. This book was no different. I have loved watching Ben and Erica’s romance flesh out, and the mystery in this book might be his best yet.

My twelve year old is a big fan of these books, and was super excited to be able to read the next one in the series! He explained some of the plot to me, which included a lot a suspense, and I noticed him smile and laugh quite a few times while reading. He rates this one five stars, his only complaint is that he’d love it if the cliffhanger ending included the title of the next book, which I think is a great idea.

We have enjoyed reading the Spy School series in my classroom, this one will definitely be a new favorite. Ben and his team are always good for a chuckle and keep the kids engaged. The stories are getting crazier and crazier, this one will be fun to have discussions about, specifically what the world would be like without the technology we use on a daily basis.
