I decided to try book 2 in this series even though I didn’t enjoy reading the first one, because my friend kept saying how much better this one was than the first one. Again she had read the German version and I the English. Overall I enjoyed the writing by the author in this one than the first. However being thrown so far into the future, and varying so much from the first book, I just couldn’t connect with the story. Also this book didn’t end where as the first one did.
Will I read book 3? The verdict is still pending.
