Neurodiverse children deserve to see themselves emulated in the world around them. In Weston's book, lifelike illustrations and interesting biographies accompany definitions of words that neurodiverse people often hear (comorbidity, ableism, spectrum, for example). Neurodiverse affirming language is used to discuss the diagnoses of the various real-life examples, which range from the creator of Pokémon to Daniel Radcliff.
