I love a good Self-Help book 👏🏼

This is written in the format to read a section per day for 90 Days, but like me — you can totally read it at once if you prefer.

I felt the book gave good and REALISTIC tips (unlike some Self-Help books) to minimizing stress and being your best self.

Keep an eye out for this one! Pub date is June 3rd.

I really enjoyed all the tips to become stress-free. This was a perfect light hearted book that would help everyone including those with Type A personalities. There was some really good tips that I haven't seen before all put together in this cute book. I highly recommend everyone to read this book as the world we live in is stressful.

My favorite tip is to dance around and I would gladly dance with my daughter to keep the stress away. I will keep these tips in mind forever.
