As someone who suffers with anxiety, I was very excited to dive into this book. The vibrant cover and promise of “organizing your emotions” drew me in. And while it does offer some genuinely helpful tips—especially for those feeling overwhelmed by the juggle of life, work, and family—the advice often stays at surface level.

This 90-day guide shines most in helping readers get more organized and be mindful of small daily habits. But if you're someone who battles deeper anxiety or might need professional support, this feels more like slapping a Band-Aid on a broken leg than a real solution.

Still, if you're just starting your mental wellness journey, this could be a gentle and accessible starting point.

A practical must-read activity book on finding daily calm. This little book.is jam-packed with 90 days of activities that are guaranteed to bring much needed distress. Each day is clearly labelled and provides a different focus with the key idea highlighted in a quotation and a daily activity that can be completed. These activities are quick, easy to fit into daily life and do actually work. Each page is bright with positive calming coloured backgrounds and just makes you happy. I will definitely be purchasing hardback copies for myself and friends. I can't think of a better gift. #inmycalmera #harpercelebrate #netgalley

This book is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It is just so pretty! I haven't done all 90 days just so that I could do my review but I read through many of them and love it. They are categorized into mind, body and spirit and each activity helps you navigate recognizing stress in your body and how to calm your mind, allowing your spirit to be free and I am here for it! I would absolutely recommend this book and want to get a physical copy for my bookshelf!

I loved the vibe of this book. The illustrations and colors are beautiful and calming. I really looked forward to reading the affirmation.

The Notes Section showed the author’s research and I really appreciated it.

This is a book I could see giving as a gift. It would go perfectly with a journal.

A lovely little self-help book that offers realistic tips and goals in daily, bite-size segments. I read through this in a couple weeks, as I picked up a digital copy through Netgalley's Camp program, but I've already ordered my own physical edition to work through at the intended pace. I recommend it for readers who (like me) are just starting to try to find ways to handle their anxiety and find their calm. Not every suggestion in the book may work for you (or for me!), but that will be the case with any resource, because we are all unique, wonderful individuals. This will be a good starting point for me, and I very much enjoy the design and layout of the book. It's peaceful just reading through it casually.

This book is a 90-day guided journal with the goal of helping readers to reclaim an emotional balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves.
I love how this book is set up, and the methods that it provides (such as breathing techniques/box breathing). Its daily structure consists of a short reading, wellness prompt, and some sort of mantra to help ground an individual’s thoughts. It draws readers in with its visual appeal – bright and calming. It engages readers to focus on embodiment. It is also realistic, and it is structured for daily use. For me and others, I think that it could be a useful tool. You can complete 90 days, restart, and reflect.

In my calm era is a great tool for anyone wether you want to just lower your stress after a long day or like myself used this to better handle your mental health journey and learn new steps and ideas to quiten your mind and let the calm in. Valuable resource with simple easy to do tasks for each day.

In My Calm Era: 90 Days to Organize Your Emotions, Stress Less, and Connect Back to You (The New Era of You) is a beautiful experience of a book, packed with empathy, bite-sized information for an already stressed mind, and most importantly, actionable steps, which you could employ by reading this book in a few days, or which you could carry with you while exploring this book over the slow, meaningful course of 90 days.

I read this book quickly so that I could offer a review, and I already took a lot from it, but I enjoyed it so much, that I actually am going to commit to going back and reading the book over the course of 90 days to really dig in. I read the ebook edition quickly, but I hope to acquire a paperback copy so I can write in it, take extra notes and journal a little, and bookmark it.

I also want to specifically shout out the author and the publication for the gorgeous presentation of this book. The cover, the font stylistics, and the internal color and design, are all eye-catching, utterly lovely, and calming in just the way that I needed while going through the journey of this book. It's a great example of how quality presentation can elevate the text and take it to a new place.

If you're a little bit like me and feeling exceedingly stressed and unsure what to DO with it, I'm going to be totally cliché and say that you need to pick up a journal---but I'm going to amend that and say that you should specifically pick up this one. It's beautifully, thoughtfully, and empathetically rendered, it does a great job of unpacking various modes of stress and emotion and how to cope with them, and the action steps and reflective questions throughout are broad enough for each individual to personalize to themselves, while also being specific and measurable enough that the reader can use them to take meaningful action.

It's time to embark on a New Era of You, and In My Calm Era is the perfect place to start your journey to mental and physical wellness. With a few minutes each morning, you'll learn how to fight back against anxiety and overwhelm and learn to reclaim the best version of you in just 90 days. It's amazing how much good you can do when you prioritize your mental wellness and choose yourself to be the main character of your life.

This was a great start for your average person with everyday stressors or for a person newly diagnosed with mild anxiety. As someone who has experienced anxiety for many years and is also raising a child with significant anxiety issues, I didn't find this information as helpful as someone else may. Much of the information was knowledge I already held or have practiced for many years by now. But, if I were just starting out on my journey, I would have found this book very useful. I read this book in a few days, but reading just a little bit as intended over the course of 90 days would have built very useful skills for a beginner. The affirmations throughout the book and the exercises it leads you through are very helpful and informative. I definitely would recommend this book to others. Good read.

The layout of this book is very attractive and gives readers daily attainable goals. Each day connects to either a body, mind, or spirit goal. I am giving this 4 stars because about halfway through it did start to feel a bit repetitive. Perhaps this is because I was reading it as a whole instead of day-by-day. As a librarian, I appreciate the welcome letter giving the reader the suggestion to pair the book with a journal (helps avoid markings on a library copy’s pages!). I will consider this for my collection.

In My Calm Era is a nice, daily reminder to breathe, slowdown, and try to take things as they come. Although about 70% of the prompts seemed to be repeating what was already written, if read as a daily devotional type book, it may indeed help your day seem less stressful. Also, the added nod to Taylor Swift’s lyrics and mantras may make some readers relate to this more so than other inspirational books.

What a great book for a Taylor Swift fan who wants to invest in themselves.

This book is very simply laid out, with two pages per day, and can be completed in as little as five minutes.

I really liked that it wasn't overly complicated, or that you would need to invest a whole bunch of time or money. As such it was something that I was able to do daily for a week every morning, and I hope to continue! Also the affirmations for each day are something that really help tie in the message of the day throughout the day.

The fonts and color choice instantly made me think of Taylor Swift as it is her aesthetic, and the easter eggs to her songs or lyrics make it a special touch.

This is perfect if you’re looking for a short easy read that will help you look inward and help to ease the stress and anxiety of everyday life. It’s a 90 day book with entries for each day. It takes a few minutes to do each day. They’re well done and allow to process and think about the topic. A journal would be a great asset to have along side this book.
This is great for someone who wants to work on themselves but says “who has the time??”

This is a really good down to earth self help book. I like the way it reads, the author has kept the tone very chill and relatable with everyone's day to day life, giving examples of people's day to day life so I could relate. A very casual read, I have taken some key notes from this book to help me in the future.

I didn’t want to wait till the full 90 days to review this book because I can already tell that it’s one I really like. I like that yiu have a reading, a small guide and mantra for each 90 day. I just wish you could do a full 365 and maybe a journal option .
